Hi Sue, Hopefully I can talk you through how to get the best from the product. Firstly the mascara is tubing rather than wax based so eye makeup remover won't remove it easily. However, if you use a little warm water and apply to the lashes it will slides off super easily. At 64 years old herself Ruby wanted an option that is easier on the eyes, no rubbing scrubbing or harsh formulas required. As for the lashes sticking together it could be down to applying too many layers, tubing formulas work best when applying one or two light coats to define and lengthen rather than volumise. The micro spiral wand can define even the sparsest of lashes, simply swipe up from the roots and wiggle through to the tips. If a second coat is required, apply whilst the first is still wet to ensure the ashes don't stick together. I really like the small brush
I really like the small brush. I took the time to think before I decided which mascara to buy and the explanation for the small brush made sense to me. I have thin lashes and this makes it much easier to coat each lash without making a mess

Treat yourself to some gorgeous stuff!
I've ordered some lovely stuff from Ruby Hammer including lip serums which are gorgeous to wear and lovely colours. Ive also got eyeliner which is always fab and cheek colour, especially the red as it literally gives a natural rosy look which is amazing. Delivery is really quick as well.

I've recently decided to up my make up…
I've recently decided to up my make up game, and came across the blusher/mascara/lipstick deal.
I'm so glad I bought it, the mascara is the best one I have ever used - just a single swipe had my lashes looking fab. The lipstick is incredibly moisturising and the colour is gorgeous, and a small amount of the blusher has me absolutely glowing.
I couldn't be happier!
