In December 2025 I ordered swim shorts…

In December 2025 I ordered swim shorts for my daughter for Christmas .
Ruby moon took ££62
The shorts did not arrive. Foolishly ( thinking they had got lost in transit) I reordered
This time they took £65
When you attempt to e mail or contact the company it is impossible. The contact takes you to a gambling site.
I always thought that this company had such a good reputation and they are amazingly kind and efficient.
However, I did manage to get their e mail address, by going through ‘become an ambassador.’
Since being in touch the company have been amazing. I have both pairs of swim shorts delivered to me now and a gift of bikini bottoms which was exceptionally kind
I have been very impressed with their customer service when I finally managed to get through.
I’m afraid Ruby Moon had been hacked
I would recommend this company . Hence the 5 stars because it is a 5 star service
