Very pleased with the sun loungers from Ruby's Garden Boutique
We were kept up to date with the delivery schedule.
The Loungers are a great colour and very sturdy. They will accept quite Large Sun Lounger cushions.
They are also stackable for easy storage or space saving.
I have spent a lot of time looking for the right loungers ,and I am happy I found these at a good price too.
I would definitely recommend them.
We could just do with a bit more sunshine .

Bought a bistro table from Rubies. Was informed all throughout the order and delivery process. The table was delivered well before the estimated date with an email the previous day to notify me. The table was very well packaged and survived the delivery in perfect condition. Looking out for a set of chairs to complete the set and definitely will use Rubies again.

Great quality sun loungers. Delivery took a while but they arrived well wrapped up. Very comfortable and lovely design.

Ordered a stone patio table, was 10 days later than first promised. When it turned up was damaged and below advertised standard. Initially response was good then had to chase three times for any response.blamed on supplier. Unfortunately I did buy from supplier buy Ruby’s. Was told as it was a “Rustic” design this was the standard expected. However the “Rustic” design was actually a grinder cut on the tiles in centre of table.Could not get a replacement and had to wait in two full days for the table to be collected!! As on first day driver just didn’t turn up. Second driver got me to carry to truck. I was refused to refund until they received the table! We got refund 3 weeks after first receiving faulty item. Absolutely awful customer service. Avoid at all cost!!!! Had to deal directly with supplier to get anything done!! I see nobody from Ruby’s Garden Boutique has any comments over negative review and doesn’t publicise this incompetent and un-helpful customer service!
