Great boots! Really lovely and matching bag, I do wish the tracking was better but the actual product is fab!

Excellent selection. Good fitting. Only drawback was the fact that I am in Republic of Ireland and accepted the extra charges for delivery but was not ready to be slapped with a tax of €40 from Customs

Beautiful shoes on this site. Had to send a pair back as they didn't fit but it was easy to do and got refund quickly.

Beautiful shoes delivered promptly. The four stars are only because of the lack of half sizes. Padded heel grips have gone some way to solving the issue.

Order was quickly processed and arrived quickly. Unfortunately had to return as didn't fit but that was also sorted very efficiently. Shoes look good quality and will reorder for my wife in a bigger size.

FINALLY found a brand that looks cute in size 9. Literally been struggling for 5 years trying to find a brand I like legit going to buy like 20 pairs of these.

I accidentally ordered my shoes to the wrong address due to a payment error. Once I realised my mistake, I sent an email saying it was my fault and that the item would likely be returned to sender. I received no reply at all or even and acknowledgement of my error, just the usual automated review of a purchase I never received - or anyone received other than the post office. The second pair I ordered to the correct address were fabulous and looked perfect with my dress. Solid three because it was my fault, but being ignored completely isn't cool.

The shoes are lovely, delivery was quick and sadly in my case the returns process was also found to be good. Would be easier to have collected but you can’t have everything.

Shoes are sadly just a fraction too narrow for me. Half sizes may help or I think the unfortunately titled ‘ball girth’ would be really good on UK shoes.
