Great Customer Service, they're really enthusiastic and pragmatic. The drumpad I bought feels very well crafted.

This is a fantastic drum pad and one of my personal favorite! I have tried several other pads and this one by far does the best in striving for that "real feel" of playing on an actual drum. The materials all look and feel premium and certainly worth the price if you can afford it.

Also, the Rudimental Drummers customer service is phenominal. Every inquiry I made was answer within a day or so. These guys are on top of it!

The only pain point is the long wait time for the pad to go into production, but I knew this before buying. So, if you want to have the pad by a certain time, you may want to order as early as possible. Otherwise, everything else was a very positive experience.

Well-constructed pads that are extremely easy to tune to your desired head tension, overall a work of art!

The Drum Corps pad has quickly become my go to pad for practice sessions. It is helping me to keep my chops up without the need to carry a drum around to avoid pad hands. I brought it to school and let my band students mess with it as well and they love it. A well worth it purchase!

I ordered a Pipe Band Drum Pad to have in my hands as a drummer, and the experience I had was nothing but great! My product was not only made within the 7 week timeframe they listed, but with any questions I had as far as production time and shipping questions to the US, they responded incredibly quick and helpful along the way of getting my product! I even asking for some advice on other heads to use with my product and they were nothing but helpful along the way!

The drum pad is excellent.
The only small thing I would suggest is maybe adding some instructions for less experienced drummers on tuning the drum pad for the best sound.

The drum pads are all hand made and to the highest quality possible. I have 3 of the pads and regularly use them when I am teaching and recording high quality teaching/performance video. The drum sticks are also very good and I highly recommend the sticks and pads together for the best performance and practice you can do.

I found out about rudimental drummers when trying to find a practice pad that felt like a real marching snare. I looked the reviews, and picked out the travel pad. Took a while because of shipping, but it was the greatest investment I ever made in the word of drumming. Truly excellent craftmanship.
