I ordered 2 108-bead mala necklace as…

I ordered 2 108-bead mala necklace as Christmas gift but in less than 6 months, one of the beads split in half and fell off the thread. When I emailed the shop owner, he said he could send me a replacement bead but I won't get the same material (natural seed tend to break due to driness probably). Also, how is it possible for me to replace the broken bead as the thread can't be loosened? Also those are shipped from China so it would take weeks. Very unhappy with this purchase as it's fake rudraksha.
