As per recommendation by Neeta ji i bought Kalpvriksha bracelet. I am very impressed with speedy delivery, great customer service and beautifully packaging of every products. Also i received certificate of authenticity. After wearing this bracelet, within 4 to 5 days i felt a subtle vibration in my body, as well as a cooling sensation. I would thank you for all the good recommendations given to me.

Ordered a rudraksha bead. After seing some videos on YT I suspected that the bead could be fake. Cut it open to find it was massive wood of some kind. I would not trust the top reviews here, in India people would anything for a fast buck.

Ordered 27 sets of “Rudraksha mala in thread - 8 mm - 108+1 - Red with Knots” and they sent me 27 mix match Rudraksha in white thread. After reaching out to request correction they insisted that it was my fault for not specifying what colour I wanted when the title on the product says exactly this “Rudraksha mala in thread - 8 mm - 108+1 - Red with Knots”

In my experience this could not be more clear as to exactly what I was ordering.

The fact that Rudrakshan Ratna tried to make it look like this was my fault as a buyer was very disheartening and I will think twice about doing future business with them.

The malas do seem of decent quality although not nearly as deep vibrant red as the picture on the site and are pricey though so if you do order and receive the proper product you should be happy.

A friend of mine recommended Rudra Centre to me for buying spiritual and yoga items. I visited their showroom. They have a variety of unique products. I bought a Yoga mat entirely made of Rudraksha beads and shawls and incence sticks. They do have a good collection of spiritual items.

What I love the most about Rudra Centre is their recommendations. I had a personal consultation with Neeta ji. She studied my issues and helped me reach the root cause of those issues. And accordingly she recommended a combination of 2, 10, 12 and 16 mukhi Rudraksha beads and Emerald gemstone. It worked wonders!. I cannot thank her enough. May her therapy spread to every person in this world.

I went to Rudra Centre for alternative healing at my friend’s request. I had a chronic back pain for months. Neeta madam studied all the issues. As she instructed I wore Sanjeevani bracelet a combination of 2 mukhi, 6 mukhi, 8 mukhi, 10 mukhi, 14 mukhi and 16 mukhi, 18 mukhi Rudraksha and a Blue Sapphire ring. The beads actually worked on my back pain and pain on other parts of my body. I felt quite naturally happy and positive.

Do not buy from rudraksh ratna. They give self certified product. Not by any lab. Its not worth the money u pay. And they were constantly replying earlier. When i told the fact and emailed for refund. They stopped responding. Never buy. I ll file a suit in three more days of no response

Service is good, now we are testing will this work or not. Will update the review later.

Good Company Always provide very high quality rudraksha beads

I purchased a 6 mm semi-chikna 5 mukhi rudraksha mala from this company, and paid the high price of $32.40 (USD) for a high quality product. I received a mala with 3-4 mm (the size of the beads varies from 3mm to 5 mm) beads of very poor quality. When I wrote to them explaining what had happened, I sent a photo of the comparison of their mala to a good quality 6 mm rudraksha mala as well as to a ruler, so they could verify the size of the beads sent, as well as their error. I was told that they sent me what was advertised on their website, instead of even acknowledging their error as seen in the photo or offering a refund or replacement! They have not only refused to offer any solution, but have "solved the problem" by telling the customer that the claim is unsubstantiated! I would NOT RECOMMEND buying from Rudra Center (Rudraksha Ratna) -- their products are inferior, their customer support is an atrocity, and they have misrepresented their products and claims on their website. The mala I received is not even worth $10 USD! Shame on Rudraksha Ratna!

I have been a loyal customer of this world class company for five years and would not shop anywhere else for my spiritual needs. 12 star service every time.
