Amazing coat for my dogs and wonderful customer service after experiencing awful times with a different company DOGGYKINGS Rudy & Lou have been amazing it took me a couple of times to get the size right but they efficiently sent me other sizes and very quickly too! Very happy thank you!

After placing an order and asking for confirmation I haven’t received any response back from them. Very sceptical if they are legitimate. Willing to change my review if this changes

Great product, beautifully made using quality materials. Matching pink suede lead, collar and poo bag, a must for the princess pooch.
Easy to order with quick delivery and good communication.

Great quality and excellent customer service! We accidentally ordered the wrong size (the puppy grew, who knew that was a thing?!), and we for sent a replacement straight away with no difficulties and immediate response to our communication.

Absolutely in love with our collars! We ordered 2 Enzo and leather tweed (little and large) and a red Gianni Braided Fabric and Waxed Leather collar. They were so helpful with options that would suit my dog.

The figure of 8 lead was missing the leather keeper. Initial response was quick but 3 days later I still have not received the replacement and the return label
Update - new lead now received with the keeper. Based on this and the quality of the lead I have revised the review,

Absolutely brilliant this lead had made walks much more enjoyable for us all. My pup is like a completely different dog to walk I can not recommend enough thank you so much.

Quick service and really helpful! We bought a collar for our dog at one of their stalls during the summer, when we got home it was too big so I contacted them on Instagram and they were more than happy to help, providing a return address so I could send it back and they replaced it with a smaller size within a matter of days.
