First purchase... not the last one!
Hi, it was my first purchase with Rues de Tokyo and I' am happy : with the product ( embroidered skirt) and the service. I had to return the product for a smaller size and everything went smooth and gentle... except for the discount " welcome" during the exchange procedure. Lotte solved it so I " am very happy and already looking for a next purchase ( trousers),....

I was interested in purchasing a knitted item and asked a simple question about the gauge (stitch count per inch/cm) to better understand the texture and fit.
Unfortunately, the response was simply “we don’t know.”
For a store specializing in knitwear, it’s disappointing that such a basic and relevant spec wasn’t available upon my request. It’s standard information in the knitting world and easy to determine.
I decided not to purchase - I prefer to buy from shops that know their products well and support informed customers.
