False claim about "indestructable"

The toys are supposed to be "indestructible" but that's of course not the case. My dog had one of the dogs in shreds within hours. Their advertisement showed that I would get my money back and this was also agreed via mail. Well, it's been months now and I'm still waiting. Every few weeks I sent them a mail, but lately without any response from their end. What an awful company.

Ruffy (Wuffy) puppies are a big disappointment

Ordered as Christmas gifts but despite assurances that items were despatched the couriers didn't have the goods until 2 weeks later. As a result they arrived after the date needed. Bitterly disappointed by the quality of the items I contacted Customer Services by email repeatedly and received automatic responses asking to complete the online survey. This happened on 6 occasions.
This was in response to my numerous requests for return address details and a full refund. Last week I was given the option to return the goods at my expense and would receive only 25% of the original value as a refund. In addition returns would only be accepted within 30 days of receipt. Again no return address details were provided.
It is still within the return period but 25% of £55 order seems unreasonably poor compensation. I still don't have a return address nor a full refund.

The advertisement for the flimsy and loud mechanical puppies is far from accurate and includes images of real animals. The toys are said to be softly covered and cuddly. That's not the case as the hard shell is covered in light weight fabric. The repeated yapping noise is loud and cannot be switched off separately from the erratic sequence of poorly co ordinated movements. The gifts were chosen as comfort "pets" for elderly and less mobile friends living in care homes.
The toys are battery operated requiring dexterity to fit and operate, neither of which would be easily achieved by the
very young nor the intended elderly.
I am disappointed by
a) the misleading and dubious claims of the advertising
b) the delay in despatch and late arrival of the goods
c) the poor quality of materials, the repetitive yapping made by the toy dogs which can only be switched off together with all animation.
d) the thin covering over moving parts which belies the claim of being cuddly to hold.
e) the repetition of requests to complete a survey before any further action is taken by the company which in effect means no action is taken by them.
f) the reticence to adequately compensate a returned toy.
g) the cycle of responses decreases the window of opportunity to return unacceptable goods to the sellers.

My advice is not buy from this seller.

low quality dropshipping

Ordered dog basket online not knowing it would be a dropshipper. I dont trust chemical compliance and quality control from products coming directly from a Chinese factory, and will certainly not expose my pup to it. (I work in textile chemistry)
Since return policy requires sending back to china on own costs (20-30 euros) this goes straight to the garbage. Regretted not doing my research, hope this helps you.

Why ruffy.NL when all products are from…

Why ruffy.NL when all products are from China?! I need something asap, so I order from "Nl" but then I get info, that my order will be send from China.
I ordered week after same thing from THEMU also China and is already delivered. Here I still waiting! Almost month.
Looooong delivery and scam. Not from NL!

Bad experience with Ruffy.nl

I certainly have experience with Ruffy.nl. Bad experience!
I ordered two items on September 7th. They indicate that the delivery time is between 5-10 working days. By the end of September, I received nothing. I have asked for my money back several times. They do not want to give a refund. Even though it is stated in the return policy on their website. After several emails, I also did not get a clear answer about what went wrong.
On October 11th, I received an email that they had reordered the items, again with a delivery time of about 10 working days. To this date, I have not received a track & trace code for the second order. After an email in capital letters, it was finally indicated that the first time went wrong with the courier.
Today I sent another email stating that it is 10 days later, and I still have not received a track & trace number. I have again indicated that I want my money back. They don't pick up the phone (they are very very bussy) and generally respond to emails only after 24 hours.

You order one thing and you get something completely different

It arrived in a week but they sent me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT HARNESS. When I emailed customer service, they said I selected “green”, but if you look at their website, every harness of this kind was tri-colored but only had one color associated with it (for instance, mine said “green” but was “green, orange and pink”). The one I sent was only green.

But then I looked at the pictures closer, and colors aside, it was a completely different harness. Different brand, different style. Do not buy here.

Cancellation/refund is not possible

Cancellation is not possible since I tried to cancel my order minutes after I ordered it and they didn't accept it. Then I wanted to return the order once I received it, but the company is forcing me to keep them.

SCAMMERS - They dont ship your item to you and refuse a refund!

BEWARE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! Buy from Temu/Aliexpress/Amazon instead of Ruffy! They get the same supplies from here anyway and shipment will be less problematic. I bought the hands-off leash and after 2 weeks of no updates on delivery, I contacted Ruffy support who said that I should pick up the item from Rotterdam when my order delivery address is in Amsterdam??? I asked them to cancel/refund my order since it's in a completely different city and support said that it's "not within their terms and conditions" and that I should "follow their returns process" so they refuse to refund my order unless I go to Rotterdam to pick-up my item and ship it back all the way to China!! Avoid at all costs!!

Extremely bad customer service!
I bought a dog barker, on the website was mentioned 100% guaranteed, not happy you can return. It absolutely doesn't work, I want to return and then, after weeks! of communication I can send it back. Now it seems I need to send it back to China! while it is a company in the Netherlands? Easy return? Paying a huge amount of money to return for something that I bought in the Netherlands with 100% guarantee? In their last mail they said to me that they provided me the information for the return and they will not longer respond to any mails from me. This is misleading the customer completely, first sending a broken dog barker, not being able to send it back easily, need to ship it to China so the cost is way too high and then not even a decent customer service. Will never buy here again and hope this message is spread amongst everybody.

Returns have be sent to China and YOU are the one paying for it!

The website says that the return policy entails that you'll get your money back minus shipping costs. Which is reasonable. However, what is NOT mentioned, is that you'll have to ship your product to CHINA! Which costs almost 30 euro's, when sent from the Netherlands. Leaving this information out, is scamming people; I never would have bought anything there, had I known this in advance.

Terrible company

Terrible company, they claim they are based in Rotterdam, however, they just order beds from China and then sell them at an extortionate price! I try to call their customer service, but what a surprise they are always busy and unable to pick up.... when you email their customer service they respond at 4 am. I ordered a bed 3 weeks ago, still has not been shipped or updated. At this point, I just want my money back! I did ask but what a surprise, they don't respond to my email and just ignore me. When you ask for an invoice they say this is not possible. This company is a scam. Stay way!
