Orderd a shirt from these guys received a cheap bad quality shirt probably from China the material is shocking and its just a printed shirt stay away fimrom this company as you will be disappointed

Bought a world cup T shirt. Needed a larger size so they said they would send out a replacement. This was almost A YEAR AGO. I have chased via e mail too many times to count. These are either ignored or I get further promises.

Ordered a shirt. V nice but too small. They said they would send a replacement. I have now chased their support e mail over FIFTEEN Times. The first couple they replied to saying it was on ots way. It was not. Now I don't get any response.

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews! These are scammers! I ordered a couple of items as a Christmas present, firstly they didn’t come in time for Christmas, secondly the material and stitching was substandard. I emailed the company, they said they’d give me a partial refund to which I refused. I said I’ll send the items back for a full refund. I have proof of posting to which I sent to them via email. To date, I not received any refund! DO NOT PURCHASE from this company 😡

I went to their site thinking they were connected to Scotland rugby shop. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, which did arrive after 3 weeks. I contacted them and they said they would send out the right size but I could keep the wrong size. The correct size never arrived. 3 times I contacted them by email. The last email has been totally ignored after I asked for a freepost UK address to send the other shirt back. How do I get a refund if they won't even give me an address?.

Scammers do not use. My wife purchased a six nations rugby polo shirt and has received a fake copy shipped from China. Misdescribed raise the case through PayPal do not use this seller.

Scam company....do not waste your money ordering from them. No order will arrive, I have had to contact my bank for a refund. Complete scam

Hi please do not use this Scam website, they will no ship to you and have the telephone number for a different website when you try and ring them.

Wish I’d read the reviews first! Diabolical quality .. sizing completely wrong .. took 4 weeks to arrive .. when I asked to return they tried to offer a free T-shirt and keep the hoodie?! I sent it back and 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund! I did get a response last week finally and was told refund within 1-3 days .. again day 6 I’m still waiting .. I would like my £45 back please!!

Zero Star review! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This organisation is a scam. I wish I had read the other reviews before placing my order so a very valuable lesson has been learned the hard and expensive way.
Product quality is horrendous but after complaining bitterly I have been given an address to return the item to for refund. Sceptical, I wanted to be sure the address existed and so looked on street view, zoomed in to find the name of the company over the door Planet Express in Warrington. After a “live chat” (possibly AI) it seems I have no relevant or useful information available for them to identify the Chinese scammers as a company they deal with. Therefore, I can only assume, if I send the parcel to them, I will end up with neither the hideous top or a refund which would add insult to injury. I’m too embarrassed to give this top to my son for Christmas.

Terrible quality should have checked Trustpilot first… do not order from this site, expensive rubbish and no response for refund.

Despite ordering on 14 Feb , I still have not received my order. I have sent repeated emails and now I do not even get a response!

I had to send a hoodie back as was to small it was sent im March and so far I haven't heard anything back I've tried emailing them and the phone number is constantly turned off would not recommend this company at all

Reviews on Facebook were good and website was good, all looked great, the products seemed good on the website. However it had been 3 weeks since ordering and no sign, emailed customer service and got a reply saying it should arrive in a few days, no tracking provided but it finally arrived almost 4 weeks after purchase. It’s a pile of nylon fake crappery from china, not in any way legit product at all, extremely poor quality. It’s not like it was super cheap either to raise red flags,, I paid £45 for a hoodie! They clearly remove any bad reviews from Facebook and Ishould have checked trust pilot first, lesson learned.

I would give zero stars if allowed. Customer service is nil. They do not respond to WhatsApp messages the minute you ask to cancel the order. They remove any negative Facebook posts, to make the site look safe. Avoid at all costs as complete scammers. Facebook should review selling pages better and remove them so others don’t get scammed! It’s not a uk page as you are lead to believe, it’s coming from China

Absolutely horrific company, took five weeks to arrive and they are so bad its laughable, I am absolutely gutted as spent my savings on these tops.

Scam. Not an official shop, not official gear. Will send you utter dross.
Try your luck with Paypal buyer protection if you've bought anything.
Moral of the story - don't buy stuff that links from Facebook.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.ordered two rugby tops from this shower of ####.should have read these reviews first.sent email asking status of order as I had heard nothing from this rubbish company, got email back saying item with shipper will forward tracking number when have it,what a crock of lies as you get given the tracking number when item despatched. Sent second message saying if item not here by 05feb 2024 order will be cancelled and credit card company asked to return funds. Recieved response saying saying order with courier ,delivery is 8 to 20 days as quoted on website. Guess what just checked my notification and website it says nothing about delivery times anywhere so yet another lie to cover up there deceit. Also they said that the order cannot be cancelled now item with this non existent courier They have not even said who the courier service are that the item is with, sent another email saying order cancelled and credit card company instructed to refund money to card under my consumer rights. Awaiting there further pack of lies response to this one ,what will they come up with now. So in conclusion avoid this shower of #### like the corona virus. Update have there response saying that PayPal will not allow them to refund money so I should just let them get on with it and leave them to it, don't think so have cancelled order and will never use this total pile of rubbish again, oh yea according to them I have no consumer rights as well.

E mailed for delivery date, received a totally fabricated due date, Chinese company scamming and no authority dealing with them. Update... shirt arrived out of the blur, 3 weeks after order. Colour slightly darker and average quality, but at least its here.

SCAM site - avoid at ALL costs.
I have reported them as fraudulent to my bank.
They should be shut down.
