Terrible customer service with awful…
Terrible customer service with awful grammatical skills! - I asked the same question on repeat to which they failed to even answer me, about their scanning directory being out of date. I have wasted £15 on this.

Excellent purchase
I am a Rugby Union assessor and I am in radio comms with referee whilst assessing them. My society provided a German made set which failed four weeks ago. The replacement failed immediately.
I decided to buy my own set which I have used once. It seems to be so much better than the Society offering. Volume control is better, sound reproduction is clearer and crisper and does not fade. The list of accessories that came with it is incredible. Excellent product.
