DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Bought a hat from them and they shipped it in a small bag and it flattened the hat. Left creases/indentions that will not come out. Reported it to them and said I needed an exchange or refund and they ghosted me. Sent pictures also of the hat and the bag they shipped it in. The hat was $34.95.
This company took my money for a 5x8 foot carpet mat with the design of our nrl team and they didn’t deliver it. When I have tried to contact them, they don’t return my emails. There are no other means to contact them than the email address provided on the website. The payment also showed on my credit card statement as “facebook software”. I’m so disappointed that I have no present for my husband’s birthday and have been scammed out of $140! 😣
