Great machine. Unfortunately I had to clean it before I used it. Seems like it’s not being checked after it’s been returned

Very very pleased with result of using this machine and Rug Doc cleaning fluid,5* from me.

I've used Rug doctor before and achieved good results on each occasion. What really set this experience apart was how helpful the woman on the customer helpline was in relation to my booking. The previous customer hadn't returned the cleaner in time for my booking. Cue panic! However the helpful agent gave me the code for another cupboard and off I went. Sounds simple but so many companies can't get this right 👍

Cheap and easy to book and collect

Machine worked fine , I'm a regular renter, 3 Stars because machine was quite dirty underneath , it wass full of dog hairs following a grooming sesion , luckily I spotted it when I was removing the machine from the Car , otherwise my home would have been full of doggy hairs !

Rented out a standard rug doctor from my local Tescos. Very easy to navigate the website and easy code to pick up. Would defo use again. My carpets look and smell so fresh.

Great machine. Impossible stains removed!
However I initially struggled to find the handle lever. The machine was much larger than I expected, and only just fitted my boot area. I think the previous user had cleaned something really grotty.
I had to wash the underside with my garden hose. I realise this is beyond your control. Perhaps a YouTube video at the point of booking would be useful.
Back to the positives, yes , having now used the machine we would certainly use it again.

Cleaner is easy to use and did a good job of my carpets.

Very helpful member of staff in shop who helped me oeder on line.

Very easy to pick up also easy to buy carpet cleaner etc ,and I love the quick swift way of collection and returning.
So simple.

The equipment was not available on the location I requested. After calling, it was made available to another location which cost me money as I was in the taxi and time too.

So quick and helpful in dealing with an issue. And the machines are brilliant at cleaning carpets, too.

picked machine up from Morrisons at Nantwich, got home only to find that the suction on the machine was hardly working so it soaked my carpets through.
Spoke to customer services which arranged me to go back to the store to get a replacement which worked but but carpets are virtually ruined now, NOT VERY IMPRESSED AT ALL.

Hired a rug doctor carpet cleaner at Morrisons bought home to start at 6 pm - will not start tried all the fault finding info customer service shuts 5pm open at 8am tomorrow- very frustrating

Excellent, booked rental online and collected at our local Morrisons, very straightforward to use! Very pleasantly surprised. Xx
