Rude and unprofessional
Awful customer service, rude, threatening and harassing owner, stalked me on linkedin to contact my employer to complain for leaving a factual negative review. He insisted I abused his staff, my complaint was "It is ridiculous you do not deliver to PO boxes but charge my credit card first".
Accepted PO box on their online form (poor automated system failing to ensure addresses meet their own criteria). Charges customers, then demands a non PO box asking for work place address then cancels when asked for tracking.
Here is the threats I received after leaving my review:
"We also reserve the right to lodge a complaint with your current employer, as you referenced their business address for delivery of your now cancelled order."
