Excellent experience
After ordering my rug, I noticed the following day that it was on sale. I emailed Robert who came back to me within the hour informing me that he had applied the discount. The rug arrived that day and it’s gorgeous! How could anyone fault that kind of service. I am always cautious about recommendations as the quality of service can be down to the perception of an individual but I would happily recommend this company to anyone.
