If I could give it zero stars I would. First off, the color I ordered was black and natural. The color I received was grey and dirty gray with yellow stains throughout It feels like foam -it doesn’t even look/feel anything remotely close to a rug. It feels like a car seat fabric and it took approx 7 weeks to get here Its ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE! Its HORRIBLE and would NEVER recommend purchasing from them. STAY AWAY FROM RUGMEUP!!!!

Well, first of all what arrived was not a rug. It was a piece of cloth with a photo of a rug pattern on it and attached to a rug backing. And it was not the color I ordered. The service person said slight differences in color happen and I was warned that. So instead of black I got light gray and that was a "slight" difference? It was an obvious mistake. Don't buy from Rugmeup!

These rugs are complete garbage. They take forever to arrive and you have to pay to return them then over 60 days and still no refund. They keep saying it will be processed in 7-10 days. Save your time and money!

Very bad shopping experience. I ordered a rug from them and was charged on my account for the transaction. After days I contacted the seller to see if my rug had been shipped. To my surprise the rep told me "I wanted to inform you that there seems to be an issue with the design you selected for your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

To address the situation promptly, we would like to offer you the option to exchange the current design for another one. If you have an alternative in mind, please let us know, and we'll make the necessary arrangements to ensure you receive a product that meets your expectations." I would expect a email from them informing me about the stock issue not me having to contact them. Anyways i selected another style to purchase and they sent me the email order correction, I look and see it is wrong rug not one I choose. So once again I have to contact customer service and change the order. So finally I get the correct order. Then I sent them this message "I recently ordered a rug but was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding its availability. After reaching out to customer service multiple times and receiving the wrong style and color, I kindly request expedited shipping for the correct item or a full refund. This experience has been less than ideal, and I hope we can resolve it smoothly." They reply with "Unfortunately, even after checking that the color was available, it seems there is an issue with it also.

I have canceled your order and a confirmation email will be sent alongside your refund within the next 7 business days. I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused."

& business days go by and I had no refund. I made the purchase on paypal and I am sure they will issue me a refund. But what a terrible experience. In the end no rug and money out my account. Do not shop here bunch of scammers.
