Such a good company

Such a good company. Best rugs I’ve seen. Got a round rug for the house and an outdoor rug. Both good quality, and good value for money. Kept me informed and delivered on time. One was too small so offered me choices for a percentage refund or store credit or return.

I am awaiting a smallish rug to go…

I am awaiting a smallish rug to go under my disabled wife's electric chair. No,not that sort. FedEx is bringing it from Turkey. I don't mind that as it's going to be an exotic present which we will treasure even though it will be largely unseen. It will be my friend as it will protect the wooden floor and reduce the possibility of my wife in her castered chair disappearing through the patio window. I looked extensively for a rug and found a great one on this site,rugs.co.uk. Thanks everyone!

Rug is very nice, but lighter in colour

Rug is very nice, good quality work and nice materials. The colour is not quite as described or shown in the photos - described as purple, its actually equally pink and purple and significantly lighter in colour than shown in the visualiser on the rug.co.uk website.... but it still works. Delivery was very fast considering it came from overseas, California?

TERRIBLE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

TERRIBLE! NEVER, EVER ORDER FROM RUGS.CO.UK, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
We have been waiting for our rug now for several weeks (after the supposed delivery date). UPS, the courier they use, have apparently tried to deliver several times (they most definitely haven't as we have a camera doorbell and no such attempts were made). We can't contact UPS without signing up to their program (for an annual fee!!) and Rugs.co.uk are refusing to refund us for goods we haven't received because the courier still has the rug even though we asked weeks ago to cancel the order and give us a refund. I've been told they have tried to call me (they haven't - no missed calls or voicemails on my phone, which is pretty easy to check these days as it's a mobile phone). I have found the customer service agent very rude at times and incredibly unhelpful. How can they charge for goods not received and provide zero assistance with the courier that THEY USE when the courier fails to deliver?! Apparently after 3 attempts the goods are meant to be returned and the order cancelled, but for some reason UPS are hanging on to it and rugs.co.uk are refusing a refund and there's no way for me to contact UPS without paying more!! This is theft and if it's not sorted quickly I will be escalating this further.

Not UK store, no consumer protection rules

We are now £110 out of pocket after unfortunately falling for the same issue others have reported. The rug we received is completely different from the one advertised — the colour and overall design do not match at all.
Customer service insisted that the rug delivered is the correct product and claimed the discrepancy is due to lighting, which is simply not believable given how different it looks in reality.
Continuing to operate with so many similar negative reviews, without addressing the obvious quality and accuracy issues, strongly suggests this is not accidental but by design.

Not an honest website

When I received my rug I was very disappointed with the quality. On the label it said it was flammable and did not meet USA standards. I thought I was buying from a UK company. Thought I would be best to return it. Obviously not a cheap option as the buyer has to pay for the return to the USA. Very misleading website as it implies it is a uk based company. Would never order from them again. Expensive lesson learned.

Go else where

The item looked absolutely nothing like the images on the site and the process of returning means that I have to pay for overseas shipping! The website also wouldn’t let me leave a review (no suprise there)! The only reason its not 1 star is because at least it was fast shipping and customer service was also quick to respond. Such a shame as I was so excited for this rug to arrive in time for christmas.

This is a huge scam

This is a huge scam
Pretending to be uk based they actually are not and ship substandard rugs from USA ,Singapore or New Zealand . Once the rug arrives and one sees the state of it you are told to send it back at your own expense , in my case USA ,the shipping back will cost as much as the £369 rug . Please avoid like the plague,I’m now having to get my credit card company involved . These warning reviews exist for a reason and if I had read before handing over my
Money I wouldn’t have just lost £370 a couple weeks before Christmas.
There are some truly nasty people out there -let’s not let them keep getting away with this . Contact your bank asap to start chargeback claim against irugs /uk rugs.com and the other names they hide behind and use to con people

Not the best quality rug.

The delivery was good, customer service do reply promptly.

HOWEVER, i ordered two similar rugs, one from Wayfair and one from rugs.co.uk, both were listed to have similar Piles height, but when they arrived, the difference was drastic!
rugs.co rug was thinner and the rug was sliding everywhere on our ceramic floor.
i wish i just sticked to the “good” and cheaper one i knew from wayfair, but they didnt have a round design that i wanted.
They were happy for return but only if I arrange shipping (and pay for).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DHL delivered the rug to the wrong address. Whilst I get it’s their courier, after informing them goods haven’t been received their Customer service has been shocking, despite providing evidence from my Amazon ring camera that no delivery came at the time advised, as well as a photo of my front door which doesn’t match the photo dhl provided, and yet they still haven’t refunded. I keep being told they ‘are looking into it’ with zero indication of resolution time. Avoid at all costs
