Disappointing for the price
Disappointing for the price. The rug arrived folded up in a plastic bag and, unfortunately, looks more like an off-cut of carpet than a finished rug. The edges aren’t nicely finished and it’s also very slippery underfoot, so you’ll definitely need to add a non-slip backing. For the price paid, I expected much better quality.

Beautiful and Cosy Rug, but Quality Control Could Be Better
The rug is genuinely beautiful, looks high quality, and overall I’m happy with what I received for the price I paid, which was about one thousand.
I had read several reviews from customers saying that the colour did not completely match the description, and I would agree with that. I purchased the ivory white version, but it definitely leans more towards beige than white. The lighting in the room also has a significant effect on how the colour appears, but overall I would describe it as beige rather than ivory white.
The main issue concerning me is the amount of wool the rug is shedding. I researched this and understand that some shedding is expected with a new wool rug. Another rug I purchased from a different brand behaved similarly. However, this one is shedding a considerable amount, which makes me worry that it may start to look thin or worn within a year.
The delivery was fine and the rug arrived on time, but the packaging could definitely be improved. It arrived folded, and the folds left some marks on the rug. Thankfully, they are not extremely noticeable, but rolling the rug instead would probably have prevented this.
I also think there should be a more thorough final inspection before products are sent to customers. My rug arrived with what appear to be pen or ink marks that are impossible to remove. They are small, and returning such a large rug to another country because of a few stains would not be practical, so unfortunately I will have to live with them. However, considering the price, the rug should have arrived in immaculate condition.
Overall, it is a very beautiful and comfortable rug with a Scandinavian style. It makes the living room look more modern and cosy, and I would still recommend it. It was a good purchase, but the company should pay closer attention to the packaging, final quality inspections, durability during cleaning and normal everyday use, and the care instructions provided to customers.

Quick delivery. Decent, affordable rug, especially for the size. It's a little stretchy and thin, but with a rug pad it looks much more substantial and feels more comfortable. Do note that the rug is kind of itchy; it's not soft.

Quality is not great
Quality is not great. The rug gives out so much fluff by simply walking on it on the first use and it's getting worse. For the price I paid this is unsatisfactory. I have another wool rug from another place, and this never happens to it and ive had it for over 3yrs.

What you are experiencing is actually quite common with handwoven wool rugs, particularly during the first weeks of use. After the rug has been woven, a certain amount of excess wool fibres naturally remains trapped within the pile. Because the rug is packed shortly after production, these loose fibres are still present when you first begin using it. As the rug settles and lies flat in your home, these excess fibres gradually work their way out, which can result in shedding. While this can seem excessive at first, it is a normal characteristic of natural wool rugs and should reduce over time with regular use.
To help minimise the shedding, we recommend vacuuming the rug at the lowest suction setting and only in the direction of the pile, avoiding the back and forth passage. This helps remove the loose fibres gently without pulling additional fibres from the rug. In most cases, the shedding gradually decreases as the rug continues to settle.
That said, we completely understand that every customer's expectations are different. If you remain concerned or are not satisfied with the rug's performance, one of our Customer Service representatives will be happy to review your case further and assist you in finding the best possible solution.

Relatively quick delivery for me as an Amazon Prime user.
The rug itself has settled in nicely and looks a treat -so much so that I am scanning the rest of my apartment to see if a new rug would improve the place anywhere else as it has my living room.
Highly recommended.
Tip: after unpacking give it a good spray with a fine tap water mist all over and put some heavy books down on the crease lines, it should sort itself out in no time.

The rug was a little disappointing…
The rug was a little disappointing to be honest :(
Firstly it arrived folded up in a small bag, so when unfolded, it was creased an ruffled, so first impressions with my client were not good! It did flatten out to a degree, but still looks unshapely overall.
Secondly the rug was a smaller diameter than quoted on the website specification, 50mm smaller which whilst not much, did make a difference when in position and added to the disappointment.
The quality was okay, but perhaps not representative of value for the price paid.
Having said all of that, this rug was from Care & Fair, so a good cause to support.
Perhaps the tufted alternative would have looked and felt better, so consider that rug instead if purchasing.
