Had a fridge freezer delivered today in pinner. I chose it based on advice from the staff. I thought that they gave fair and honest advice in general. However, when they delivered the item it had a dent on the left hand side panel. As we have children we wanted a new replacement immediately but they had none in stock. Then we thought they should give us some kind of discount as the item was damaged. I was only offered £25 and as we have children, who need to eat when me move in tomorrow, I had no option but to take it. This Bosch fridge freezer would probably sell for £100 less than what I paid for because of the damage and it would have been good customer service if they gave me such a discount; or at least more than the £25 refund they gave me for a damaged item. I feel that I have paid a high end price for a damaged item and I do feel upset about this. One of the staff did apologies but words are easy.

was very pleased with the friendly,well informed service,both the recommended electrical and gas fitters were lovely,smart,on time and professional.
Just one little glitch,the gentleman in the red sweater who Imet on my second visit was of another era, where I presume pleasantries and eye contact were not necessary, Iwondered what had happened to young Mr Grace!!!

We managed to fit out our whole kitchen with Graded Appliances, my wife was concerned that scratches etc would be visible but Nick picked out items where any damage would not be seen when fitted into the units, this resulted in a massive saving. Very Pleased.

Having passed their old showroom on Ladbroke Grove for years, I knew that when I wanted to buy a cool new fridge they'd have what I needed.
The Fisher and Paykel was my dream fridge and although I had to wait a few weeks for it to arrive, it was well worth the wait.
The gruff big blokes who delivered were a bit dismissive of my confidence that it would fit the alcove, but my measurements were spot on and they had to admit it too.
The only downside is, it would have been nice if they bothered to adjust the feet and level it for me. That would have been a really nice touch. Instead I was down on the floor making the adjustments myself. The fridge is still not angled back correctly, so the door swings out and hits the wall, but hey ho!
Its an incredible device and I'm delighted to own it, so thanks for the memories and I'l be in touch about a new washer dryer in good time

Patient friendly service and engineer rang back when i reported a possible fault and gave me correct diagnosis (connection problem, not a faulty unit).

Good experience and would definately recommend to others for Excellent prices and service.

I was on a real budget. I recieved great advise and great service and my tumble dryer was delivered a few days later and fitted.

I purchased a Siemens dishwasher and a retro Smeg fridge from Ruislip appliances. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery men were on time and likewise very helpful - no comparison to the service you get at the big stores. Highly recommended

We have bought a number of items from Ruislip Appliances and they have always been very helpful. I recently bought a cooker and fridge / freezer, which they held onto for me until the point the kitchen fitter was ready to install them.

I recently purchased a Bosch Washer Dryer from Ruislip Appliances. The staff were extremely helpful and advised me on different makes and models. Their product knowledge was 1st class and they really helped me with my purchase. They delivered my new appliance the same day, installed it and even showed me how to use it. They look the old one away along with all the packaging and even cleaned the floor. A far better service than some of these online companies that just seem to dump a box at your door and expect you to know what to do with it.
