Recently bought a graded Bosch dishwasher and got a great bargain. Most of the white goods in my house and rental properties are purchased from Ruislip Appliances. Wether I buy graded or new stock they always work perfectly and are competitively priced. After sales support, when required, has always been fantastic. I'll be buying a new fridge/freezer from them very soon.

Great friendly service, helped choose the right product at the right price. Hassle free purchase, even when shopping with 3 kids in tow! Pleasure to deal with.

We were limited in our choice because the space available , we would have chosen a BOSCH if they had still made the same size because the previous one had given good service.The LIEBHERR fridge freezer is the size we needed and it quietly does every thing we expect it to do, so we are very pleased with it.

Ordered and bought my built in oven for it to be installed and the old one taken away. Unfortunately when the old cooker was removed it was found to be just plugged in - shock and horror. Consequently the new in built cooker is now sitting in my spare bedroom. The men who came were excellent and made a point of writing on the delivery note that it could not be installed. I rang the shop and they re-imbursed me immediately.

Phoned up the drawer warmer was described accurately all costs and delivery charges / date were given. Ordered on Wednesday delivery promised on Monday arrived on Friday so very pleased. Would recommend to anyone based on the service I received.

I had been struggling to get an appliance to match a faulty Neff microwave oven. I had an ongoing struggle with Neff, in my new six month kitchen the microwave oven became faulty, they were willing to replace the item but since taking delivery of my appliance they had changed the design of handle and display on the new model, which did not match the rest of the appliances in the bank. After 3 months of trying to resolve the situation with Neff I decided I needed to take action and trace an old design appliance myself. I searched the internet, after contacting a number of other companies to check the details of the advertised said item all did not comply with the late model, I was getting frustrated and more than a little despondant. On contacting Ruislip Appliances the staff were extremely knowledgable, helpful and curteous. They also pulled out all the stops to assist with delivery etc,., I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends and I will certainly reduce my frustration and make them my first call when I need any appliance in the future.

Called in to shop in Denham, looked at dishwashers needed to replace existing unit.
Advice given by friendly staff, price was right, delivery and installed within a few days.

This company used before great service once again.

Hi just thought i would let you know got my new washing machine from Ruislip Appliances cant believe how easy iw was. Asked if i could have it delivered the same day as i was desperate as i have had no machine as you know for 3 days. they said it wouldnt be a problem got it that afternoon. You should defienatly get your next machine from there .

Store had a massive range of quality products, more than I had seen in larger high street stores, and the delivery was on time and carried out with minimum fuss.

When I needed to replace my dishwasher I thought that it would be nice if I could support one of our local businesses.
The shop in Ruislip Manor does not look fantastic, but you can get to see and look around the appliances.
The staff are very helpful and knowledgable, and I think I got a reasonable deal on my appliance.
The fitter that was recommended did a good job, turning up at the agreed time, completed the job without fuss and removed the old appliance.

Oven breakdown in December, Christmas looming. New Neff oven purchased from Ruislip. It is a fantastic product, the price and courteous service I received was excellent. I will certainly buy from them again in the future and would thoroughly recommend them as a great supplier of electrical appliances.

I had to get a new washing machine, because of my mum's washing, so Ruislip appliance was on the bus route and we also had bought the old machine from them..
The man, from the shop, was very knowledgeable and advised me. I paid.
The installers turned up as promised.
They disconnected the old machine, installed the new one and took away the rubbish as well as the old machine. As easy as that. Totally painless.

I will be going back to buy a new fridge Freezer as I know they will advise me as to what would be suitable for my needs and no doubt, the whole process will be enjoyable and painless.

I was after a particular model of large freezer and their website came up as having a 'Graded' (damaged in transit) version.
