We used Ruislip Windows and Doors for a new porch door. The level of service from requesting a quote to the installation of the door was extremely high. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We had 3 external doors replaced, 1 front and 2 back. The team at Ruislip Windows and Doors were great throughout the process, answering our many questions. The fitting was done very quickly (within a day) and to a high standard. We're also very pleased with the quality and looks of the doors. All-in-all, great product and service.

We recently had all the windows and porch doors in our home replaced by Ruislip Windows, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.

From the initial quotation through to the measuring and final installation, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The whole process felt well organised, and we were kept informed every step of the way.

A special mention has to go to Ross and Lee, the fitters, who were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and nothing was ever too much trouble—they took real care to make sure everything was completed to the highest standard.

The end result looks amazing, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. We would not hesitate to recommend Ruislip Windows to anyone looking for excellent service and top-quality installation.

In 2022 Ruislip Windows & Doors put in new conservatory doors at my home. Arranging it was fast and efficient.

When a few issues arose with the doors, the team came out quickly to resolve them.

Fast forward to 2026 and the locking mechanism failed - again the team at Ruislip Windows & Doors came out very quickly and replaced the mechanism.

A really helpful company and always nice to deal with.

Everything happened on time, from the surveyor's visit to the fitters arrival. All the people I've dealt with, incldding the office staff, have been courteous and efficient.

Had a French door installed. Although the team had to come back two times after installation to fine tune couple of problems, there was no issue to get them back. All sorted now and we are happy with the product. Team was always polite and professional.
Will come back to Ruislip Windows in the future.

We had two large bow windows and one small bay window fitted by Ruislip Windows. The fitters, Fernando and Cassius were polite, punctual and worked really hard - unfortunately for them they were fitting the windows during the coldest (minus) days we had at the start of the year, but they persevered to get the windows done. We had an issue with one of the windows having a cracked frame, but that was sorted straight away and a new one ordered and fitted a few days later. I would highly recommend RW and will certainly be using them again for the rest of house.

Ordered 3 doors from Ruislip Windows & Doors.
They sent 3 workers to do the work and the work was completed in 4 hours. They worked non stop. I am sure if I need any after-care on the doors it will be sorted out. A highly recommend company for everything, speed, efficiency, reliability and quality and service. 5*

Ruislip Windows visited our property to give us a quote along with a few other window salesmen so we have direct and immediate comparisons between them and others. Ruislip Windows were, by far, the least pushy and most helpful. They suggested lot of different options and didn't give us a deadline to make a decision by. We were left to do our own research and figure out if it was the right price and quality for us. This was one of the main reasons we chose to go with them, other than the absolutely glowing reviews.

Everyone at Ruislip windows was helpful and professional, including our installers (Lee & Ross).

The only downside in our experience was that we were asked for payment half way through the second day of installation, before it had finished and then chased again the next morning. This was before anyone asked us how the installation was going and/or whether we were happy with the products. We still haven't been asked if we're happy with how everything went and only asked to write a review.

Despite this, we did have a question about the front door installation and an inspector arranged to visit our property the same day to take a look. So we've no doubt that if we had a problem in the future with their products, Ruislip Windows would come and help us out, which more than I can say for past suppliers.

The most important aspect is the quality of the windows, doors and fittings. We are so grateful for the top notch quality of our new windows and door. We loved the salesman's approach which was without urgency, emotional manipulation or lying. We were very impressed with the installers and we very much appreciated the aftercare service when we had a query. As a result of our experience, we have given Ruislip Windows 5 stars.

We will be using them again in the not too distant future.

Every one turned up on time when they said they would, the sales rep, the surveyor and the fitter, they were all very friendly and professional.
