I ordered a coffee table 15th December at 8 PM and had to cancel the order, which I did 8 AM on 16th December (12 hours after the order placement)
They are not allowing to cancel the order (I would have bought another table, just changed the colour)
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP! Very disappointing service.

The shop is horrible
The shop is horrible. I assumed that it's an Finnish company, was writing in finnish. The customer service was using Google translate and replied me in English. The reason why I cannot recommend this shop is that if you return a small product, it will cost you minimum 9e.

Palautus tehty vaikeaksi
Returning an item made a bit too difficult. After two requests still no returnslabel or email from customer service. Also made an inquiry about another ordered product but no answer or update or email as was promised. Customer service is friendly but depending on the person you get different answers , but nothing happens as was said. Nobody seems to know where my order is.

Still haven't shipped
I ordered two small items, and it said it would be sent in 2-3 days. 19 days later, and the items still aren't shipped, even though they have them ready at their storage. I contacted costumer service after 13 days, and they said the products were ready and would be sent asap. I have never experienced a more slow-moving purchaseprocess, and now i hope the products are in good shape when they eventually arrive, so i won't have to spend another decade dealing with returns..

Reclamation and delivery together took about 1,5 months
Delivery was almost three weeks late. After this the product was faulty. However, I was willing to keep it for a discount. It took almost two weeks for them to answer, after which they promised a discount. After this it took about a month to get my promised discount back from them. I had to turn to Klarna to handle the situation since the store stopped answering my emails. Their overpriced, although friendly, telephone service was unable to do anything about it. All in all, the whole delivery and reclamation took about one and a half months to solve.

Really bad customer service
Part of the product I ordered is missing. I called to custom service, but person I talked with was hardly able to speak English and asked me to send an email. I sent a message and got reply that they will contact me in 48 hours. It was 4 days ago, but no contact yet. Really bad service, I will never order from you again.

Delivery expected in 1-2 weeks, get an email saying it will be 3 months
Bough an item on their website. After a few days I got an email saying that the delivery date will no longer be 1-2 weeks, but rather 3 months.
Tried to contact the website a few times and so far 2 weeks with no replies. The same item is still offered as "1-2 weeks" delivery, meaning that new customers are also going to get disappointed.
