Beautiful lamps
Ordered two white marble lamps, with gold inlay, just beautiful. The two matched perfectly, no real inclusions. Two white lamp shades included. My first order, won’t be my last. Came very well packaged. Thank you

Great customer service
Great customer service. Had trouble getting my 10% first order from the subscription and they sorted it. Couldn’t be in on the first available delivery date, but that was resolved on the next day for another day. Delivery came and was very well wrapped in shrink wrap and cardboard, and the item was in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend Ruma.

Ruma has gone from 1 star back to 5 stars since recognising that the after-sales service I was receiving initially did not meet their usual very high standards. They responded promptly, addressed my pergola issues, and everything is now on track to be fully resolved within the next 10 days.
A special mention goes to Elaine, who has been an absolute diamond throughout the process — her effort and commitment deserve real credit for turning things around.
