I bought 4 pairs of shoes and I have tried to return them for three months! Customer Care doesn´t answer properly. There is no help at all! Returns are offered but unfortunately not possible.

My experience was great…

I am absolutely surprised by the amount of negative opinions as my experience was great. I placed the order and 8 days later the order arrived. All 3 pairs are beautiful and the quality is amazing. It's a shame that people only come here to write if the opinion is negative, because everyone who had a very good experience unfortunately doesn't bother to write about it.

WIll Never Use Again

I Ordered my shoes over a month ago and them still not received them, I have sent several emails and messages and not one of them has been replied too! I needed my shoes for a dance show. 2 weeks ago my order allegedly had been shipped, and is only meant to take 3-5 days! I'm still waiting. There is a tracking number but when you click on it it does nothing.
You've had my money, I want my purchase.

After years of being a loyal and long term customer, tis means nothing! So I will never buy from or recommend this company again. Poor customer service. Do NOT USE.

I would actually give them 0 stars

I'm thinking about taking legal action. Consumers rights

After cashing my money and no response…

After cashing my money and no response to emails I was amazed to receive the 3 pairs of shoes I ordered. However, I had to pay another £35 in customs and one pair is a size 6 in a size 4 box! I ordered 4s. I have no idea how to return and looking at the comments I wouldn’t have much luck. If I had visited this page I would never have ordered. They don’t respond to Facebook messages or posts either.

Appalling customer service - avoid if you can

I bought Rummos shoes for years but always at retailers in my city (London) rather than directly from the website. I loved the shoes they make as they're really the only ones I can comfortably wear for hours, and I've really tried many different brands in the last 12 years! As I've always bought the same pair of Rummos shoes in size 37.5, I thought I may just order it from the website this time and also perhaps buy two more pairs (different models) in the same size (37.5). The shoes arrived in March but suddenly size 37.5 of the pair I've always bought was too big for me - very weird, since I've always bought the same pair in the same size.

So, of course, I decided to return/exchange them and got in touch at their customer service email address. They replied that all ok, they were going to wait for the shoes and do the refund/exchange. Fast forward 2 months, I contacted them twice to see if they received the 3 shoes I sent back in the same package. No answer. One day, all of a sudden, I get a notification that I need to go pick up a package at the post office - I go and it's the 3 pairs I had ordered. They had been returned to me as they didn't get through customs in Portugal.

So I contact Rummos again explaining the situation and asking if they're going to refund me if I sent them back because I don't want to pay for customs as well if then I don't get my money back for the shoes. 5 months have gone by and I haven't had one answer from them.

It's a pretty sad story, considering that I loved their shoes so much. Beyond the disappointment of the appalling customer service, they must have also changed their sizing because my foot certainly hasn't shrunk since the last time I bought a 37.5. If that's the case, they should definitely let people know.

Sad, but I won't be purchasing Rummos shoes anymore at this point.

Refund request - Attention arnaque - Aucun SAV - Aucun remboursement

Attention, ne pas commander ....

chaussures trop petites ... aucune réponse à mes emails en messagerie interne et externe pour connaître les modalités de renvoi. J'ai renvoyé le colis à l'adresse indiquée sur le site en payant 20 euros de frais de suivi. N'ont pas réceptionné le colis.
Aucun service après vente, ne m'ont pas remboursé.
Aucune réponse - abonnés absents.
Allez plutôt dans une boutique. J'avais oublié de consulter Trustpilot avant de commander.

When I've received my shoes, they were not comfortable and the size was too small.
So I've contacted Rummos' customer service to ask for a refund. It's been over four weeks now and they still haven't gotten back to me despite my numerous messages (especially when their website specifies that "rummos-shop will gladly exchange or offer a full refund on online orders within 30 days from purchase"). The customer service is really poor and it's a disappointing experience. I don't recommend them at all. It's best to go to a proper shop.

Do not order here

Do not order here - this shop is a trap! I ordered shoes in May and sent 7 of 8 pairs back and since I could see that they have received them via my sending number I have not received any delivery notification. It was a amount of more than 500€ and my mails to the service center have been ignored. I filed a complaint at the police due to fraud and withholding money and asked my Visa Service to cash back the money. It is a shame like customer are treated. To keep the money without response is a common habit at Rummos. Thanks to the Visa service center I have received my money back after two months of waiting. This is criminal. Do not order here, you cannot trust this shop, otherwise you will loose your money. Go better directly to shop with dancing shoes.

Don't order here

Shoes are way too small. The size chart is not accurate. Had to pay for return costs, although I had ordered new shoes. New shoes also way too small and don't look like the picture. Customer service is not replying to my emails and I still have to receive my money. All in all more than 300eur.
I won't order again in this website. Now I just hope to get my money back as soon as they receive the shoes back.

Rummos Webshop is a total scam

Their webshop is a total scam! Don't order here if you don't want to throw away your money.
I ordered shoes, and the product needed to be exchanged.. It took me months to get a reply to my many many mails, messages, contact-forms, before I finally got a reply about how and where to sent them for exchange.
The shoes were picked up (new, unused, in box) but they never shipped me an exchange pair of shoes, nor did they refund or did they get in touch.

Basically they've cashed €100,- without selling the product, and their customer service is unreachable.
(Actually it was more, since I had to pay €18,- for the shipping costs of the exchange, despite their policy of free shipping for exchange).

I have sent of 12 emails, several contact-forms on their website, and over 20 messages on instagram and facebook. No replies whatsoever..

TOTAL SCAM.

DO NOT ORDER from that online shop! You cannot return the shoes. I bought 2 pairs before Christmas and none of them fit. I need to return them and sent emails to customer services a couple of weeks ago, then again last week. No reply. TOTAL RIP OFF

Refund request: nobody is answering my emails

When I've received my shoes, they were not comfortable and the size was too small.
So I've contacted Rummos' customer service to ask for a refund. It's been over two weeks now and they still haven't gotten back to me despite my numerous messages (especially when their website specifies that "rummos-shop will gladly exchange or offer a full refund on online orders within 30 days from purchase"). The customer service is really poor and it's a disappointing experience. I don't recommend them at all. It's best to go to a proper shop.

Do not order from this shop!

I ordered two pair of dance shoes. A few weeks and some e mail contact to the cusomter service later, the shoes were delivered.
Since I wanted to keep only one pair, I declared my revocation by e mail - several times, week after week. Rummos store never responded, so that I was not able to send the item back (there is no information about where to return an item).
I then contacted the European Consumer Center (ECC). But even they failed to get in touch with the company. So, I strongly recommend not to order from this shop - the behavior of the company is unacceptable.

If I had read the experiences described here before, I would never have ordered from this shop.

Such a bad website...

I strongly advise you to not buy anything directly from Rummos website. Although the quality of their shoes is extremely high, the customer service and website are so bad !! Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I bought a pair of handmade dance shoes (90 euros) and the straps were too loose to maintain my poor toes. How can I dance like that for a show? Please. I asked them for an exchange 6 months back and they never ever got back to me. I tried emailing them several times in vain. A waste of time, money and trust. So disappointing.

Impossible to return

Ordered shoes from the site for over 100 €, which did not fit.
It proved impossible to get hold of anyone via email, and they had no phone number listed on their website. Several Emails in, and I have neither received any return information, let alone a return label.
Do NOT order from this company, at least if you are not sure from the start that the shoes fit perfectly. They will NOT let you return the purchased items, or at least make it seemingly as difficult as possible to do so.

Do not order directly by rummos !

Once I received the package, one pair of shoes was missing. NO information in the package what happenend with the missing pair of shoes. Once I called them, it was told me that missing pair of shoes will be send separately. DPD delivered them and left in the hall of the building without any notice in my postbox. So I found the shoes per coencidence.
Since the shoes arrived too late, I had to send them back.

Firstly, you need to pay for the return. So once I got two deliveries, I had to make two separate returns (total costs 38€).
There is no information on the order where the shoes should be returned, so I called them AGAIN (they never answer emails!) and they gave me the address on the phone. After few weeks, I realised through DHL tracking, that the shoes got stuck somwhere in the post office in Portugal and are not beeing picked up. So I got worried that they will be sent back to me again! After several phone calls, we found out that the lady on the phone gave me wrong adress for returns and nobody from rummos is available under this adress. So I had to push them to check this adress and pick up the shoes in the post office. Several phone call ti Portugal on my costs!

Next step: getting money back. After 3 reminders and 3 months passed I forwarded the case to my credit card company. So they took care of it so that I could finally get my money back. Terrible story. Terrible service. A lot of stress, phone calls and nerves. Plus the costs.

Due to that story, I will never order shoes from rummos. There are many other brands with even better quality and top service.

NEVER AGAIN. Order in 2018, money was never refunded, despite prove that the returned goods were accpeted by them (insured return delivery)..

I ordered a pair of shoes last year and had to send it back as they didnt fit. So far so good. THE MONEY WAS NEVER REFUNDED, communication was SLOW to NON EXISTENT. I had the parcel sent back insured and I had a tracking number that proved it was accepted by the company, I had a portuguese co-worker contact them for me several times, nothing. I am still highly disappointed about this unprofessional manner and will never recommend this company again,despite having bought many shoes of their brand in the past.
