Connect your Garmin watch or Stryd pod, or upload a single FIT file, and Run-It reads the mechanics behind your stride: pace, cadence, stride length, ground contact time and vertical oscillation. From those signals we build your biomechanical signature, a readable profile of how you move, and match it to road shoes for three different jobs: daily training, faster sessions and race day. It does not stop at new shoes. Run-It also ranks the pairs already in your rotation, so you can see which shoe suits which session, and it shows how your form changes as you tire, because the shoe that feels great in the first kilometre is not always the one that holds up in the last. Run-It is an independent Belgian company based in Kuringen, near Hasselt. The model behind the engine was built and tested on 1000+ real-world runs together with the runners who tested it.
