Terrible customer service - zero response to calls or emails! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Highly disappointed with this company. I booked a taxi and paid upfront almost £100. It then turned our that I was unable to travel due to a positive COVID test. I emailed and called the company and had absolutely no response - not even to confirm they had received my cancellation request. I had a text from the actual driver which was the only way I was able to tell them not to send a car for a 04.10 pick up but still no follow up from the company. Telephone number just rings out or cuts off.

100% recommend

100% recommend. Driver was kind and patient. Got to the airport in plenty of time. I'll definitely use them again.
