The worst quality I have ever seen on…

The worst quality I have ever seen on the horrendous prices. Never again. Had also to pay very high fees in Germany. You can’t even return the low value items because they don’t return the money back only their invalid coupon !!! Stay away!

Poor quality items

Poor quality items, sizing not consistent, and do not offer refunds which is a ridiculous policy in 2025. Just rebadged SHEIN clothing.

Absolute rubbish quality items

Absolute rubbish quality items. Dress listed as a rayon cotton, it arrived and is 100% polyester. Staff wouldn’t return emails until i lodged a PayPal dispute - they then lied and said its not polyester - they sell rubbish quality and are not accountable whatsoever. Dress was worse than SHEIN quality. Tag fabric descriptions labels on items are fake. Staff are rude and just want the sale.

Good quality and amazing customer service

All the designs are super cute and good quality - well worth the price. I’ve been shopping for wedding guest dresses and feel like they have excellent options. Customer service is super responsive and actually helpful. Makes it feel like the brand actually cares for their customers unlike other experiences I’ve had. Overall highly recommend I know I’ll be repurchasing for future events.

I purchased 3 dresses and all 3 are…

I purchased 3 dresses and all 3 are different measurement than the size guide. One of the dresses the measurement is an xxS. I paid $30 for delivery + $50 for taxes and service delivery charge. + $75 to return. I will use up my store credit and never purchase from this store again

Listed as 100% cotton but actually 0% cotton

Bought a singlet which is listed on website as 100% cotton. Label on the garment says 85% viscose, 15% nylon. Not a trace of cotton. Misleading.

Denied return— complete scam

I have never left a negative review for a company before but I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service and return policy of Runaway the Label and want to warn others to avoid this company at all costs. I had returned a dress that did not fit and my return was denied because they claimed the product was damaged and “covered in animal hair”. They sent me photo proof of the dress with 5 small hair strands on it. Absolutely ridiculous and something that could have been resolved in under 5 mins. I had the dress outside the original packaging for under 10 mins. I have never heard of such a ridiculous policy and I feel completed scammed and robbed by this experience. To make it worse, if I want my dress back that I fully paid for, I need to pay the shipping fee to receive it again (and I already paid a shipping fee to originally receive the item and also to return the item). Now I have paid shipping THREE times for a dress that doesn’t even fit me and I can’t even receive my correct size because it had 5 hairs on it when I returned it. Absolutely horrible. I was so excited to have this dress for my bridal attire and I am so upset by this experience. Please avoid this company. I hope each employee is wearing a hair net when working with the merchandise since 5 hair strands is so “damaging” to their products.

Taking almost a month

Taking 11 days just to post is a bit ridiculous. I bought something on the 2rd, and on the 10th I had no updates, finally on the 11th - almost 10 days after purchase, it get SENT.. not even delivered and I have to wait another 5 days for delivery.. so all up, coming from Sydney is taking almost a month?? Either get better warehouse people, or don't change for postage.

Not express, don't bother

Purchased via express, expecting to get my order delivered within a week via express shipping as I'm in metro. Turns out they have backlog, they will not despatch for at least 1 week lol customer care team is dismissive and not helpful.

NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I returned a dress and paid for return shipping. On the same day I reordered a new dress and paid for shipping and asked for my previous order to please to be refunded/exchanged onto my new order as they waited to receive my return. Mia from customer service was so condescending and only replied in prewritten email replies that their policy is store credits only. In the meantime they have received my return and still have not sent my new order which was ordered over a week ago.
Absolutely ridiculous that they only do store credits when you purchase another order to hopefully be refunded/exchange from your previous order. Do not shop here unless you are 100% certain the item is going to fit because customer service is appalling and you will end up with multiple store credits that you will never want to use because their customer service is gross. It’s 2025 - exchange or refund like every other online company.

Absolutely terrible product

Absolutely terrible product, wore the shirt once, washed it and it's already de-threading. Asked customer service for a refund or replacement and they refused as "it's been worn once". They are clearly a shoddy, defective, poor quality product with absolutely terrible customer service. Lodged a chargeback claim with the bank. DON'T BUY.

Slow dispatch …and same dress on SHEIN a quarter of the price

While the company responds to your email, shipping time is slow and not dispatched within the 1 - 3 days ( express post ) as stated
I’m still waiting after 4 business days for my order to be dispatched
Especially when the company is in Sydney au, I purchased from another company and my item was dispatched the next day
Paying an extra $14.95 for express post is certainly wasting money
Seems the same dress is on SHEIN for $20 so don’t pay $135
Buyer Beware

Don’t buy not worth the stress!!

I’ve wasted so much time and money with the company. I bought a dress in the winter, it was too big and too small. Bought a large and the boob cups were tiny! Returned it but you only get store credit even though it’s only online. Bought another skirt and it was sold out… just bought the same skirt again months later and now I have to pay shipping! Ghanda gave me more money to spend in the store or the option of a refund when the shirt I bought was sold out. Paying for shipping again is so funny too. It’s taken me so long to get something for the money I spent on that dress because 95% of their clothing is so tacky and only for girls with no boobs. Baddddd. I wouldn’t be mad about the tacky clothes (as I literally bought a dress from them) I’m just mad at how they don’t give full refund even though there store is completely online. Crazy!!

Sale discount listed on product but not added when in cart.

Was so dissappointed that when the website sale failed to add the discount DURING the sale promotion time ( the sale price on the actual product on the website but discount not visible in the cart), customer service just wrote back, OUT OF SALE PERIOD. This was Definately not the case at all. Obviously a glitch. In future I’ll buy seven wonders products elsewhere. And I will report to consumer affairs as this goes against code.

I have been ordering from Runway the label for some time and I haven’t received anything that I am not in love with.
The garments are gorgeous and so well made.
It is my go to brand for an event or a holiday.
The customers is also amazing and the staff a super friendly and helpful.
