That was a super nice service
That was a super nice service. I ordered a can of motor oil around 11am and it arrived to the pick point the next day around 2pm.
The only concern was the price, competitors ship from Germany and even paying 15eur for DHL shipping it's still 5eur cheaper, than RundtOmBilen. In my situation I wanted to get it sooner and I'm happy with what I got, but in general... :)

I ordered a package to my own adress…
I ordered a package to my own adress and paid for it but I still had to go to posthouse to pick it up. Have talked to posthouse and they've told me that it's the company I have to contact, then I called the company but nobody answered my calls. Not fair, not nice! Never going to order from this website again.

I'm sorry, but your feedback is unfortunately not correct! To have a package delivered at home, you need to order an extra service at PostNord called 'Omdeling'.
The text when ordering is: "Med omdeling (Vælg denne hvis du vil have pakken bragt ud til din adresse) (19,00 DKK)"
This costs kr. 19,- and you did NOT order this. The person you talked to at the Post office is wrong and should not have spoken about this, as they have no way of seeing if you ordered this extra service or not, as they do not have access to this information. 'Omdeling' (which means delivery at home address), is something PostNord charges extra for, which is why this service has to be ordered for home delivery. We are not always able to answer the phone, but always answers mails within a few hours.
