I recieved the wrong t-shirt and the only thing i could do instead of getting my money return, was to send it back. I dont want to waste some of my time because you guys made a mistake.

Shipping took a while, but product is nice. It smells like vinegar which is a shame but fit is nice.

I have bought from RUNGE once before, where I had a very good experience.

But this time it has been quite a different experience…
This time the shirt I bought a shirt where unfortunately RUNGES bulk order was stuck in custom and the order was delayed several weeks.
This is not RUNGES fault, and they have been very kind answering mails (sometimes faster than others) and they did offer compensation or the choice to change the order.
So even though there was problems I think their customer support delivered and handled the situation very well.

The product was really good and packaging was great also just the shipping and arriving took a long while

High quality produckts really love them.
But had a few times now where they send the wrong product either a wrong color of the product or a totally different product

I ordered a mystery box. the delivery arrived quite quickly but the package wasn't packed very well. some of the clothes were hanging out at the edges. Very unfortunate I hope that this does not affect the quality. One shirt got quite dirty. The pieces in the box itself were absolutely fire.

For Black Friday this year I ordered the large mystery box and I ain’t gonna lie I was worried I would get some things I didn’t like but thank god runge do not miss the box was 195 box and I got items worth well over 700 eur and not one item I didn’t like. Really never have I been so happy for A purchase like I got 3 of the most fire knit imaginable, a awesome hoodie with absolutely stunning fit, 2 tees which was straight 🔥🔥 and a pair of socks as if the rest wasn’t enough🙏🙏🙏 I can and will forever recommend this brand. It’s one of if not my favorite brands😍
