This is the worst so called company I have ever dealt with! They say postage is free yet they charge you and say they will refund it, weeks later, still nothing. The package took weeks to come and arrived squashed and the item was damaged (cat chasing toy) and does not work. It’s been a week so far of emailing for a replacement or refund. The most they will offer is £3 to keep an item I cannot use or to return it to them, at my expense to China, it has working (working! Seriously) for a refund. They are a lying thieving company with no morals.
It’s an awful stressful situation when all I wanted to do was spoil my cat. Never ever again will I go through this and will definitely only buy with reputable UK based companies.
I sincerely hope they get what they deserve ripping so many people off like this. DISGUSTING!

Having a terrible experience with this lying company. They advertised themselves on a .co.uk but actually they are based in America. They over charged me the postage at the last second when I clicked on the payment. After a few mails back and forth I received a re adjustment tho. It took over one month to get the cat toy I bought and it is faulty! It doesn’t work ! I have sent them multiple emails and even a video of the faulty toy. They are still debating. I am asking for a full refund and they offered me £3!!!! Of course I am in a battle still to get my full money back but it is time consuming and upsetting. Terrible company. Would not order from them again.
Follow up….. they never accepted to give me a full refund. They said I would need to send back the faulty toy … I would have to pay and send picture of postage and other …. It became a headache. In the end they offered £5 refund and I took it. Total scam !!! Wouldn’t recommend this company at all ! It doesn’t even deserve one star !

Do not touch this company- scam company. my order has been pending well over two months now….doubt whether I will get my money back or the order I placed….

Total scam company. Hide under pretence of being UK or US. But all dealings are from Asia. They send fake track numbers, steal your money and your details as they never send anything to you.
Steer clear.

If I could have left a review with zero stars then I would. Dishonest bunch of crooks. As all the other reviews advise, this co is NOT based in the UK and your order will take weeks to arrive. Like many others I had an extra charge taken, VAT allegedly. I sent screenshots of my invoice showing £13.98 and my PayPal account showing £16.98. On contacting them i was told that they would look into it and if they agreed they owed me it then I would see it in my bank account. I have NO idea how they could dispute the proof I provided but they made me wait well over a week before refunding me. As I write this i am still waiting on my order,whilst being flooded with never ending emails from their support team advising of yet another stage in the seemingly endless journey of my order.

Do not be fooled by the .co.uk address. I ordered a cat toy three weeks ago that still hasn't arrived. There was no notice on the order that this item was coming from anywhere else other than the UK and wasn't until after the payment had been taken (for which VAT was later added and wasn't made aware of until I checked my bank account) and it wasn't until I got my tracking number that I found out the item was coming from the USA! For a cat toy that was on sale at £9.99, the postage took it to £13.99 which then increased to £16.78 with VAT. It would have been quicker and cheaper to order direct from the Chinese manufacturer, so I recommend you do that instead. They are available on Temu too.

I ordered a cat toy that I am still waiting for from this company. I am always careful where I order from and believed this came from the UK where I live due to the web address being .co.uk. Well don’t be fooled ; it is from USA. Thats why it take a long time to receive. Also when unpaid with Apple Pay, at the last second de the price changed and went higher . For a cat toy that was in sale at £9.99 or something like that it went to £12 so thing with the postage and when I clicked for the payment it jumped up to £16.78. Total rip off. I would not have bought it at that price !! I have contacted the company and still waiting for a refund !!!

I purchased a guardian angel boxed end of November. This arrived end of January 2025 completely the wrong item what I received was away in a manger angel. I contacted customer service to which I was told I received what I ordered to which I haven’t and I’ve been refused to
refund which is disgraceful as I sent pictures of what I received and there’s still refusing to refund.

Stupidly ordered something from them after seeing a video on TikTok. Item was £13.99 including postage, they've taken £16.78 from my bank account. Have taken it up with my bank. Thieves.

Ordered Christmas presents from here 28 November. I was really impressed as I got regular updates about the status of my order. When they got to the UK on 25th December I expected delivery but nothing happened. I contacted runkiwi on 8th January and they very quickly responded saying they couldn't find the order, apologised and stated they would send the order out again. I was still impressed with their communication albeit disappointed. Since then there has been no confirmation of dispatch and no tracking updates. I have tried to cancel my order as I have lost faith in the company. I have been informed I cannot cancel my order and to "We're so sorry for that it's too late to cancel the order. 
But could you please trust your first choice and our products? ". I have subsequently contacted the company on 2 further occasions and as of today I am not aware of a dispatch and get the same toned email.
I would not buy from this company and will be lodging a dispute via PayPal to get my money back. Shame really as I really wanted the product I bought.

Scammers, they pretend to be from uk , then they say they are American company but product , customs declaration and labelling , all indicate that they are Chinese.
It's a rip off company. I don't know why PayPal has not taken steps against these practices.

Ordered a dog calendar as Xmas present for a YP with special needs. Did not realize it was coming from America. The order did not arrive until mid January. Had to find a replacement gift at short notice. When arrived they sent a cat calendar and not the one the YP wanted. Pictures sent with invoice clearly stating was a dog calendar ordered and picture of the cat one received. They refuse to refund as they want a code that allegedly was provided in the package. There was no code in the package but picture is clear that it is not a dog calendar. They refuse to refund or resend correct one. Don't use this company.

Absolute shysters - ordered some items from RunKiwi in time for Christmas, what arrived looked absolutely nothing like the advertised item. Customer Support is nil, they do not respond other than to offer a 10% refund.

Reminding RunKiwi of their obligations in the UK of the "Distance Selling Regulations" only resulted in a sharp "we're not actually UK, we're a US company and don't have to follow those rules" and complete closure of communications.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I would recommend just avoiding RunKiwi altogether, their stuff looks good, prices are fine, but the items are absolute junk and not at all fit for use.

Absolutely do NOT use this company ordered an item for Xmas in Nov still not arrived,got lame excuses for the delays.Glad I didn't spend a Fortune but that's not the point.SCAMMERS.

Total scammers avoid ....... i ordered a gift for Christmas still not recevied and refusing to refund me. They say they have sent another and wont listen when i tell them its now too late!

I ordered a Christmas tree decoration for a gift in October which arrived after Christmas.

I had emailed several times with an awful response rate.

When the item eventually arrived the decoration looked nothing like the picture on the website.

I have emailed and they asked for photos which I sent and then offered me a third of my money back - these are absolute cowboys and it can't be legal how they operate.

I ordered a friend angel on 27th November and have still not received it. Following the tracking it has been in the UK since 25th December. I have messaged and message them but nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a Christmas tree decoration in October, it was delivered in January. Not only late, it looked nothing like the advert in anyway shape or form. The illustration showed a cluster of guitars that made them look metal and individually sticking out. What arrived was a resin triangle with a picture attached of guitars. In hindsight, I could have bought this a lot cheaper from either of two well known cheap sites.

Ordered a calender in October for a November gift, arrived today! Not the item ordered, spelling mistakes and whilst I like cats, do not want them fawning over the cocktails in the pictures that belong from the 1970s if not earlier! Amazing the quality of the American reviews....avoid completely

I ordered an embroidery set of 8 designs and only 7 arrived. They refused to admit the order was incorrect. So I am with an incomplete set. Don’t use this website.
