Runstoppable is a running coaching service for those looking to run a personal best marathon time. Through strength training, a detailed training plan including drills, mobility and running session, I help people run faster than they ever have before without necessarily running more. Sports massage can be offered to aid recovery and performance with coaching clients receiving a £5 discount. Runstoppable opened in 2018, but I've been coaching in the fitness industry since 2012 where I specialised in behaviour change and weight loss.
