this company working as like scammers. they give 650 credits and all the credits goes with during trying to make videos even their ai is not working well .do not use do not buy.

RIP-OFF, do not give them your money, even a 5-second video consumes an enormous amount of credits, the worst part, the video is completely useless, how come a single 5-second video can cost 320 credits? I paid monthly standard to test the service first, they gave me 650 credit, 3 videos created some images and that was it.... it does not follow prompts, full of inconsistencies, STAY AWAY!!

This is the most useless ai app i've ever seen. After paying they keep saying they cant dictate the faces despite the faces showing clearly, when they managed to dictate two faces, it still refused to generate... i wish i can give it a zero star....im so disappointed, we need a better site that lipsyncs multi characters easily without hitch

The images are sometimes great, but their credit system is extremely unfair. At the end of the month, all unused credits disappear — even if you had 400 left!
They think this will push customers to keep paying, but in reality it just drives people away. I felt scammed when I lost credits I had already paid for.
This is not customer-friendly at all. There are better alternatives out there — don’t waste your money here.

The quality of the rendered images is so bad that I can't use them. So what's the point? It then asks to upscale to 4K, but that doesn't make it better at all.

Certain Useless Negative Terrible Service. Work out the acronym. They steal your email and then won't even let you generate a test video before this shady, awful service wants you to pay. I wish them to fail as a business, company, service and in every other possible way for wasting people's time. I hate this practice. What do you even want me to pay for if i don't know for sure your service works? Disgusting.

This platform is absolutely terrible. It doesn't follow the prompts but still charges irrespective of the quality of what it produces and it's a massively long winded process to try and claim your money back. Avoid this at all costs!

€12 for subscription - it messed up the video i asked for and then requested me to pay another €12 for it to try again. scam company.

It often crashes after a few generation of 10-second clips, and gives a message of ‘Unknown error occurred and try later’. I had to start a new project and lost the theme and character consistent properties. It also often crashes and said ‘there are errors from our part and we will refund your credites, but it never refunded me. It was a very annoying experience and I’ll never use it again.

I wish I had stopped and read these reviews before subscribing to Runway. It is a complete joke. I asked it to animate an image, the first time it returned the image as a video, without any animation. The second time it turned people into dogs. Avoid!

It just doesn't work. Wanna try free plan, click export after hour of editing and nothing happened. Thank you for trashing my time

I wish I had checked reviews before making a purchase. I tried the free version and it worked quite well. But when I got the subscription, I saw the chaos! A confusing app where you asked for one thing and it gave you different videos. On top of that, it consumes a lot of credits for each video. I canceled my plan intending to use the remaining credits, hoping to get something decent. Guess what! 330 credits, and the moment I canceled, it didn’t give them to me! It tells me I have none! Terrible!! There are much better apps out there!

Editing pictures or movies is like shooting with a scattergun with a blindfold on. It's broad and you hit many targets, but most of the time not the target you were aiming for. If you want good results, you need many, many credits...
Even interpretation of prompts does not always go right. You can refine and adjust, but most of the time it hallucinates and does not listen to the instructions given.
I regret having agreed on a yearly subscription.
Until april 2026 i will faithfully burn my prepaid credits on useless media.

Do not pay for unlimited... I did, and for every video what i want to create I have to take out more credits. FULL ON SCAM!

Charged me 600 credits for the most useless video ($15) and wouldn't refund. Shocking customer service. Dont even bother

I had high hopes for Runway AI's video generation, but the results were absolutely terrible. The output was unusable, incoherent, and nowhere near what was advertised. None of the materials were usable for my project.

To make matters worse, when I reached out for a refund, it was flatly refused despite the product clearly not delivering on its promises. I ended up wasting both time and money. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service to anyone looking for professional or even basic creative tools.

Avoid at all costs.
