Ordered a laptop that never arrived. I’ve had a response following my earlier review, asking me to get in touch but didn’t supply any contact details! If you try responding to the address given in the supposed sales confirmation, it redirects you to swiftline transport which doesn’t exist!

Ordered a ps5 complete scam item not arrived. Shocking it's listed on price comparison sites. Complete fraud not recieved

So I ordered a ps5 ( digital edition ) from LucasRupertandJayne.com
So When they are delivering they are saying that the package is delayed by some days and this is from swiftline transport (it’s they’re delivering business) then it’s delayed again so I said when is my package coming? It’s been weeks since I ordered and they never responded and it was a gift for my friend and I explained this to my friend and he understood and said I’d been SCAMMED so I don’t recommend buying things from here even if you think you don’t get scammed if rupertlucasandjayne is reading this my order number was #5149 and I paid 309 pound
And they changed they’re name to Closed

Bought a hoover based on their Trustpilot scores but like other reviews, it failed to appear. Likewise a follow-up email saying the item was lost in transit and a full refund was on it's way.
Contacted they via their 3 email addresses and tried calling both mobile numbers.........emails bounced and phone calls were never answered

This has been confirmed as a scam waited over two weeks for my cooker to be delivered for them to tell me that I haven’t paid for it even though I have proof that payment had been sent luckily I am able to get my money back but just warning others do not order from this site, they’ve already changed the name of the site already

Total scam. They responded to my first email with the usual pleasantries and then blocked me. The two phone numbers on their website don't connect.
I was fortunate enough to be able to recoup my money from AMEX and have informed Trading Standards that this 'company' doesn't actually exist.

Ordered a hoover from this ‘company’ beginning of March. Courier was delivering last week, no show. Have emailed and tried to phone several times no response. The payment taken from my account was to ‘Bulgarian Food’ ?!

It appears they change their company name frequently! AVOID THIS COMPANY! And if you respond Lana DO NOT THREATEN ME WITH DEFAMATION you are ripping people off!

Ordered an Xbox Series X and for the first 2 days after I ordered it (March 10th) and after those two days passed I haven't heard a single word of the company or the Delivery Company, both of the websites say '404 Not Found' so most likely this is a Massive Scam

Total scam - product never showed up and links don’t work. Now website is gone.
Do not use.

Same story as everyone else. Ordered last week and delayed delivery etc etc. There is a phone number on the transaction that’s live……….
Claimed back from AMEX so no loss but really vile lazy idiots who obviously can’t get a job.

As they said, their website is no longer available, nor is their email address, and Google reminds me that I can no longer find the email address on the shipping website. It's hard not to suspect that I've been deceived.

I’m pretty good at spotting a scam but these are good So here goes, I ordered cooker and washing machine emailed them several times regarding delivery they got straight back to me, paid then swiftline contacted me to say delivery was on 13th. The night of the 12th another apologetic email delivery put back 48 hours tried unsuccessfully to contact these vermin to no avail so yip tucked up well and truly, I’ve been in contact with my bank apparently it’s a tide in account and have to wait 5 working days to get my money back from them, this has given me the right hump, I’ve also reported them to action fraud NOTHING BUT SCUMBAGS ! STEALING HONEST PEOPLES MONEY. HOPE THEYRE CAUGHT AND LOCKED UP.

I bought a coffee machine more than one week ago and I never received it. The site is not working, the delivery company as well and now I am trying to recover my money . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IT IT A SCAM FOR SURE!!!!

This is a fake website. Both this company and swiftline are now 404 not found. My payment was sent to a third company called Cassidy. The link off the payment goes to a computer repair company that has nothing to do with the vendor.
I have paid through klarina in three .
payments,so hopefully I will get my first payment back.

Klarna have contacted the company the payment was sent to . They are called cassidycmm ltd. They said there’s not a problem and payment should continue. My bank won’t help , so I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place .

Damn! These guys scammed the socks off me. Everything looked good not like your typical scam. But their website, contact number and the transport courier have all disappeared like Aang.

SCAM. I just talked to my credit card company and they pointed that even the payment was powered by tide and this shop was registered in the company house it was enough. The main point was that the payment was made to a 3rd party Adom Equip LTD. my credit card said that I can claim the money back from them under the act x. I only use my Mastercard. It’s unbeatable. I never try PayPal or Apple Pay for this kind of big purchases. I broke a rule “to good price to be true “

I ordered and it never arrived. No wonder they said they don’t accept Klarna.😂😂😂 I don’t want to believe I’ve been scammed. The website keeps fluctuating. And I believe there is a conspiracy between the company and swift delivery themselves. Both website inaccessible as at this morning. If this isn’t a scam someone needs to tell me what it is.😅

Likely Scam,

As others have said if it seems too good to be true, it likely is. After ordered asked then if I can do collection to which they just responded immediately with that Swiftline Logistics which doesn't even exist.
Initially was told that I will get my order on Tuesday the 11-03-25 and then on the day got the email that it will be now done on Friday.

I asked for refund to which I got a response in few minutes that it has been issued and will be with me in 5 working days. I am not holding on any hope there. I will be contacting my bank about it if it doesn't hit my account back soon.
