Absolutely fantastic from the 1st email Deborah was amazing. Fast responses all enquires answered. The Internet is amazing! I use it for 8 hours a day in some very rural areas and work off the WiFi in my motorhome, it's never lost signal. Highly recommend 👌

Have had some great service from them over the last few years. But it looks like they have stopped trading, they deactivated our SIM and have not replied to multiple support requests regarding hardware that is not working properly and getting our SIM working again.
Their website also isn't working anymore.

Has Changed my Life there im getting speeds up to 180mbps with 50mbps upload speed that is out proforming my standderd fiber optic Vodafone 63mbps connection and very friendly staff i would highly recondmend them they can change anyones life who is struggling to get high speeds or lives in a private tenant it is ideal to have this item.

We heard about this kit from travel trolls and immediately felt the need for it as we were fed up of sketchy signal on all the other routers we had used in our camper van. OMG this piece of kit is a game changer and makes my home sky broadband look pathetic. We have just done nearly 3 months around France , Spain and Portugal and not once have we not had superb connections and fast speed, we have been able to use it for Netflix, YouTube and all other Chanel’s we watch in the U.K with no glitches or buffering. We’ve really challenged it going to remote mountains or off the beaten track places and it worked every time. We are amazed how good this kit is and have told so many people on our travels about it and can thoroughly recommend it, well done rural internet it certainly passed the European test for us, next challenge Scotland 😉

In addition to my previous review, I finally managed to speak to them and resolved the issue with communication. There was a problem with there contact page on website.

We ordered our Huawei 4g+ router following recommendations from Dan on Travel Trolls.
We were staying on a site in Kent and the speed was absolutely terrible, we were getting 1.3 download speed 0.2 upload speed.
This piece of kit has made so much difference we now get max 97mbps and 4 mbps upload.
We have no problems anymore watching programmes from the internet or WiFi calls.
I would recommend this company to anyone who has problems.
From discussing with sales to receiving the equipment was so smooth. Staff were helpful friendly and pleasant to deal with.
We dealt with James who was lovely nothing was a problem
Please consider this it is worth every penny for us.

Patchy performance and constantly have to chase them for updates on why broadband is not working - frustrating
Since resolved by changing network and working pretty well now, we should have done this sooner so only 4 stars 👍

Rural Internet has been my ISP since 2003. Responsive support, reliable service and advice.
Always a low contention ratio on my line unlike the over subscribed pipe lines of large ISPs. Consistent down and up speeds. No need to continually experience the wild goose chase dealing with BT or TalkTalk customer support usually turns into. I simply do not have the time to spend hours trying to get hold of someone who can solve any internet issues. NEVER had any issues with throttling. My internet has been so stable for so long I haven't had to call support for 5 years straight. For a professional Web Developer this is a valuable service and well worth the extra cost.

Fantastic
Being a farmer in Warwickshire i was very unsure of what was promised. But having three children that feel deprived with the 0.2mps we were getting from BT we broke away from BT and went to dongals from EE which only supplied 50 gigs per month at 27 mps as long as dongal right next to computer. Rural internet have provided us with a router that provides unlimited download per month at less money than EE dongals and we get 74mps. Kids very happy. No longer do we have to travel to the motorway services to download music or films we can do it in our own home. Thankyou George for all your help. We now have a normal life.

We used to have slow, intermittent and unreliable broadband from BT with no support or hope for future improvement. However, since we found out about Rural Internet from friends and neighbours, this has transformed the internet for us. Excellent, knowledgeable, fast and friendly service from George. Highly recommend, especially for rural customers.

We have dealt with Rural Internet for multiple connections for many years and during this time we have had great service from George who is always friendly and helpful and we have rarely had issues.

Patient, ingenious and thorough. We used to have terrible, slow and chronically unreliable BT broadband but Rural Internet have transformed the internet for us. Highly recommend, especially for rural customers

After many years of living rural and struggling to get a decent broadband signal I found this little gem of a company !! Fantastic customer service , Fantastic broadband reliability and just an all round pleasure to deal with delivered what they promised recommend to all my neighbors!!
