It’s an expensive process and you need to be responsible for submittal, instructions and dates. The team is knowledgeable and expeditious in their replies. However, be ready and pack in ~an extra week for delays, holidays and bad weather. I agree with another comment that if you have the time to do everything yourself take the cheaper routes. If you have the money, I would recommend this service 100%

This company provides an amazing service to panicked travelers like me. I forgot to check my passport which had expired two months ago. I realized this on the Monday before my Saturday trip. We would have preferred to not have to rush a passport application but we were so glad this option existed. We were unsure about it but it worked out great. Very well coordinated process from beginning to end. My only minor criticism would be to have a more step by step process once the package is shipped to them (that would help with anxious applicants and decrease the emails to them). This company is legit! They were so helpful throughout the whole process. It was very easy to get a hold of them when I had questions (and I had a ton). Very friendly and very patient staff. She didn’t mind my frequent calls and questions, and she was personally monitoring the progress of my passport. I would make sure to check the last delivery pick for Fee Ex the day you drop off so you ensure the delivery date to be as quick as possible.

Great Rushed Passport Service!

Paid for the service on Friday, June 6 & uploaded all the required documents on the same day. On Monday, June 9th after receiving confirmation that the uploaded docs. were all good I was advised on where to present them all for a first time issued passport. We went to the location and after review were handed the sealed envelope. After emailing pictures of the sealed envelope to the team at Rushedpassport they sent us the FedEx label. That same afternoon we dropped off the envelope at FedEx. The next day tracking showed it was received. On Wednesday, June 11th we received confirmation that the passport was completed. Today Monday, early morning the passport arrived.

I have to say that if you are in a hurry it is well worth it to pay for the service as they are true to their word. We received a new passport for my wife that had just become a citizen and literally received it within 5 business days as promised.

Expensive but Effective.

The website offers very little information about the process before purchase and that left me feeling very unsure about the whole situation but thankfully it all worked out.

Amanda was super helpful through the whole process - from start to finish- I purchased the fastest expedited passport available on 5/31 and by 6/11 I had a passport in hand. Including two weekends! Speedy shipping both ways. I paid for the extra 'white glove' service and expedited shipping. Amanda helped us navigate a poorly informed passport clerk who insisted they not include documents needed and helped us secure an appointment at another location to get everything properly squared away. Their online chat was a great resource, though other agents like Ana were not as well informed and helpful as Amanda was.

I was nervous for the entirety of the process but it worked out well! A great resource if you dont have a passport agency in your city!

I was nervous going through an agency and actually chose another company at first but canceled as soon as I saw the reviews. Dropping over $600 on an emergent need is definitely scary but I’m so happy I chose this company. They were responsive to everything and if they didn’t answer they would call back within a couple of hours. They made the process seamless and everyone I talked to gave me the correct info. My passport came in earlier than expected (a week earlier) and would use them again!
