The picture didn't match what I received.
The mock-up I was provided showed a mug with an imprint that could be easily read. The mugs I received had imprints that were very difficult to read based on the colors. I've ordered many times from your company and always been pleased with the product. However, this time, I was very disappointed with the result.

I needed to add to my order. Spoke with representative the very next morning to see if this was possible. After Rep checked with production I was told yes. Received my order to only not have the additional items. I was lied to on several occasions when I inquired about the missing product. I was assured it would be shipped overnight and tracking info would be sent, that never happened after telling me this three times. If you could not accommodate my needs just say that. It’s bad business to lie. I will never use this company again.

I am sorry the additional pieces did not arrive to you the facility made a mistake and did not ship the additional pieces you asked for we then reached out they said they would complete those and we advised that these must ship overnight to arrive to you and they shipped ground. We did not lie to you unfortunately it was a mistake that was made and not properly corrected. You will be refunded for the 15 pieces you did not receive.

I had made a note that I needed the items shipped as quickly as possible in their ‘notes’ area when I paid. The next day they contacted me immediately and verified everything quickly so my items were actually four days early. They were quick, efficient, easy to work with, and I’m really happy with the quality of the work they did. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Great service
All of the customer service reps with whom I interacted were pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional.
While the colors of the personalized umbrellas were a bit off, I suspect that might be due to my computer monitor.

The lighters look awesome and I'm very excited to give them as gifts! Very pleased. A few arrived a little dented and I wish I could have ordered them pre-filled because I just lost a little too much of my life filling up 100 lighters with fluid all by myself. But the product looks great and it was very easy. I also wish the artwork interface was a little easier to use.

Fast printing and shipping, but can't read the imprint ;(
Fast printing and shipping and the product itself was fine, but we requested the largest font possible and approved the proof which had a readable imprint. The item arrived and they are impossible to read--letters are about the size of a grain of sand. So disappointed and my rep has yet to respond to my request for them to resolve this issue.
