These guys packed and shipped a 25 year old mint condition all original cannondale super v 700 with a few paper towles that’s it!! 🤷♂️😳 They removed and tossed the front wheel in the box up against the frame causing deep gauging and sever paint damage to the most visible part of the frame. They also removed the bars and just dropped them against the fork also causing major paint damage. They didn’t put anything on the fork dropouts so they punched through the cardboard shipping box bottom and were dragged along the ground wearing away mm of the aluminum and causing major damage. The lack of care in packaging was so bad that the shipper wouldn’t even cover the damage with the insurance I paid for because the packaging was so poor!!! Rushmore bikes completely ****** me!
