The X1 pro is the best punch stability device for me. You can see the results very quickly. I have never had such a good feeling before that my hand cannot bend when hitting the bag.
What is also good is that the X1 pro is not easy to master with a full push-up. I still do a half push-up on my knees. It is quite challenging, which means that there will be a lot of room for improvement.
And I have also noticed that my forearm volume is stronger.
Before the X1 pro, I did a lot of exercises to strengthen my punching bag hand, but I did not have nearly as good results.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to take their training to the next level.
