We went looking for a new bed and mattress.
We had been to a few stores and didn’t learn anything.
But as soon as we got to Russell Dean in Mytholmroyd both Samantha and mark were very helpful and attentive
There is so much difference between mattress’s
We ended up with a very happy purchase.

I recently visited Russel Dean Mytholmroyd to buy sofas and was helped by Troy, who was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Troy is an absolute star.

Ordered our new sofas on Wednesday from Mark. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the experience totally hassle-free.

I first met Troy on the 6th June when I was just browsing with my mum and little girl, Troy was very knowledgeable and professional and helped with any questions, to a point where I came back the following day with my Husband and purchased our sofa. Troy spent ages with us advising and answering any questions we may have, he even gave us time to talk things over, never once pushed us for a sale or made us feel like he was “hanging” over us to cause us pressure. Troy went above and beyond from making me a lovely cuppa to going back to the computer thousands of times to come back with different quotes from static to power chairs in both leather and fabric to help us make the choice!

If I could give Troy more than 5 stars I would! He is a one in a million sales guy and an asset to Russell Dean

We recently visited Russell Dean to find a new sofa chair for my mum, and we were genuinely impressed by both the range of options available and the quality of the furniture. With Laura's help, we found a chair that was not only perfect for my mum’s needs but also of noticeably higher quality than similar (and more expensive) options we've seen from our usual retailers.

Laura was fantastic throughout—patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

We’re very happy with our purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Russell Dean, especially if you get the chance to work with Laura. Excellent service from start to finish.

Great company with lovely showroom, knowledgeable and helpful staff (Troy Ragona especially) offered sound advice but was not pushy. Back up service kept me informed and custom made sofa was ready before expected. Delivery was on time and delivery men were quick, efficient and courteous, and respectful of my home. The sofa & chair were beyond my high expectations, absolutely gorgeous and soooo comfortable. I could not be happier!

We called in today to buy a table and bench and also ended up ordering a sofa. Samantha was very helpful and informative.

Came across this store going to Hardcastle Craggs last week and on the way back decided to pop in and see if they had a corner unit which I've been looking for, for ages.
Not only did they have the corner unit, but a lamp table, sideboard, and dining room table and chairs.
Laura was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. For nearly a week I've sent her email after email and she replied to every single one. Today we've been in to see Laura and placed the order.
I'm so glad we found this store and although it's over an hours drive from where we live we will definitely be using them again.
It's nice to shop in a relaxed atmosphere with no pushy salesperson.

Found the store during a day out. Looked in to see if they had any sofa-beds. Samantha showed all the models that they had in stock, was happy for us to try both the sofa and the bed options of each. Demonstrated a good knowledge of the options, such as different mattresses, materials and finishes. Absolutely No Pressure, just help and guidance. Would be happy to purchase again from Samantha.

After a few minutes' general look around the showroom, Troy approached to see if he could help. He could indeed!
We quickly found a sofa that suited us, and discovered that the sophisticated powered recliner was available for the same price as a simple manual. Sold!
We were helped with numerous questions, and carefully advised of various pros and cons of our choices, and what to expect around manufacture and delivery.
I'm in no doubt that the rest of the process will be equally smooth.

Walked around the store under no pressure and there was plenty of choice.
Spoke to Troy, who was very helpful with his knowledge and advice.
Found a sofa we liked at a good price and for material samples to be sent to us.
We went a few days to finalise our order with Troy and now looking forward to getting our new sofa.

Our first time in Russell Dean was about 3 weeks ago and we were made to feel very welcome by Troy, even though we had 2 very young children with us, he was patient and calm and definitely delivered service with a smile. He dealt with our purchase from start to finish and his customer service was second to none. He explained everything thoroughly and all options available to us. He was that good we’ve actually just been back and purchased our sofas with him. We would highly recommend Russell Dean as the pieces in here are beautiful and customer service from Troy was 10/10.
