To everyone out there please don't buy…

To everyone out there please don't buy the 4 slice toaster it as 6 settings and after a few weeks of using it you have to put the setting to the max and still doesn't make the toast one of the biggest scams I have ever seen. I wish I could upload a video and believe me you would not touch this. Russell hobb I will never buy anything made by this company they take the piss they used to be great but now they have lost their way.

I have owned a Russell Hobbs kettle

I have owned a Russell Hobbs kettle for over 15 years, which is completely reliable and is used almost daily. Then one day, a part broke and I bought a new product from a competitor. To my disappointment, however, this new kettle only lasted about two years... So now I'm going to buy my second Russell Hobbs kettle, after contacting customer service and making sure that all parts are BPA-free—and they are. :-) Hooray, I'll have a durable kettle again!

In 1977 I craved being able to afford a Russell Hobbs kettle, the name in kettles & once I did I wasn’t disappointed. Three years ago I bought the RH Worcester kettle but two years later it wouldn’t boil and RH blamed us for misusing it! We live in a low limescale area and it definitely wasn’t misused but after nearly 50 years of buying their kettles we believed them. March last year we bought the same kettle again and 9 months later it’s doing the same thing. Not a tiny bit of limescale in it and we still descaled it because that’s what they said last time. So disappointed in this product.

I bought Russel Hobbs Rice cooker on…

I bought Russel Hobbs Rice cooker on Amazon after a short period it failed to power. I raised the issue to Russel and they were quick and happy to respond and offered a replacement through Amazon. Amazon quickly arranged a delivery. Thank you guys. Ezekiel

Amazing customer service!

I had a problem with a kitchen product and contacted Russell Hobbs about it. They immediately agreed to send a replacement. Very friendly customer service!

My 18 month old blender stopped…

My 18 month old blender stopped working. I rang them very helpful i didnt have receipt but had the purchase shown on credit card statement. I had to take photos of box and blender with model number on. They contacted me after two days to say a new blender had been sent. Very good service

Best products as per the price

I have purchased 4,5 products and quality is really very good compared to price . Most importantly the service is awesome. Many times for defects i get new replacement prodcut. Even after warranty is over , I get wondeful and kind support from them always in Germany .

Great kettle, shame about the customer service

I bought a kettle to replace an old one which had broken. Same model, which is great. The problem is with customer service. The item came in a box which has a special offer, so I went to the RH website to claim my discounted descaler - only to find that descaler does not appear on their site at all.
So I sent a message via a web form, then I got a reply from a different company (Universal Products) asking for more info. When I contacted them by webchat, as suggested, they referred me back to the RH customer services site. This morning, the RH site is not even offering the form to get in touch, just a phone number. I have already wasted so much time on this, I certainly shall not be ringing them.
