Friendly and professional service at a good price

We've used Russell Press at my work for years - for various leaflets, and previously for our newsletter - and always been really happy with the print quality, price, helpful service and speed of delivery.

Outside of work, I am a keen photographer and recently asked Russell Press if they could produce some greetings cards for me from my photos. I didn't really have much of a clue about the best way to prepare and submit the files, but Pete and Keith there were really helpful, doing a special line in not-making-you-feel-stupid, and also produced several samples for me before I committed to placing a large order (large for me, at least - 150 cards), adjusting lightness, etc, along the way.

I received my order (very speedily) this week and I am so happy with the print quality and card stock (and the price!), and can't wait to get listing them for sale online. I'll definitely be going back to Russell Press to place future orders.

Efficient and Friendly

Mike Coates, Kate Fleet and their colleagues are very helpful. They are also very patient, solving problems with alacrity and understanding. The publications are of high quality and a delight to hold and to look at. The work has been carried out at very reasonable prices.
I have been entirely satisfied.
