I started working with and training dogs over 50 years ago and began at 12 as a Kennel boy cleaning and caring for up to 30 dogs, and I started training Sports dogs when I was 13 years old. I rehabilitated and Trained my first Feral German Shepherd puppy, about nine months old. Since then, I have always had a deep love and passion for working with and training dogs; since then, I have Trained, including rehab, over Thousand Dogs in my lifetime, and today 60 percent of my work is K9 Aggression Rehabilitation work. I train Service Dogs, Support Dogs, Protection Dogs, and Pet Dogs of all Breed and sizes, and we offer Off-Leash Dog Training, Off-Leash Sports Dog Training. We specialize in Canine Aggression Rehabilitation for a dog with dog aggression and dog with human aggression, so they are not Euthanized because we believe that there is no bad dog, just a miss understood dog. We also offer Private In-Home Dog Training, K9 Boot Camp, and Group Class Training. Russell's K9 Academy is Accredited (A+) by the Better Business Bureau for Central Florida.
