When I first started my claim it was through a local solicitor who closed after taking on my case, I was then handed over to Russell Worth Solicitors.
Jen took on my case, and what a difference I felt right away. She kept me up to date with everything. Putting me at ease and reassuring me when I needed it. I’m not used to dealing with solicitors and found it scary at first.
I received monthly updates and when the settlement came to an end it was over very quick and Jen advised me on all the steps, I don’t think I could have had a better outcome. I would highly recommend Russell Worth Solicitors.
