not so nice that, right from the start you are required to upgrade else no connection to either send or read messages. I suggest that, there should be some free moments given to members whether like in some hours for a member to be able to at least have some chat with a member to win their interest for the site to convince the the member to upgrade. This will go a long way to make the site quite interesting and stands exceptional from the numerous dating sites out there on the various social media platforms and in the internet.

Till now it's good site, real ladies, safe, have no problems yet.

I like the website, but it seems like 2/3rds of the profiles on here are fake. But after a few days you can easily tell which ones are fake though. It’s kind of to be expected for a long-distance dating site. Other than that it’s pretty good.

Horrible. Lots of scammers. This I'm sure can't be completely stopped, but there are more scammers than legit. I'll only get a bot response to this saying that Cupid is sorry and their fraud dept. works 24/7 against these things. As long as we keep paying, they don't care and will say they are sorry over and over and over and over.

Like most international dating sites, there are scammers, but there are also some women that are also legitimate.

One woman that contacted me claimed to be a Doctor, recently divorced, going through an amicable divorce with her ex, etc. I became very suspicious so I started asking questions related to her alleged medical practice & where it was located at. As soon as the medical practice questions asked she vanished.

Another woman claimed that she had been a model in Dubai, the pictures she initially sent definitely supported her claim. She told me upfront that she lived in far eastern Russia. I started falling for her, but I still managed to remain under control. After a few weeks of communication and some telephone calls she confessed to me that her modeling career in Dubai was a thing of the past, 3 years ago. In other word, the pictures she had been sending me to seduce me were not recent pictures... RED FLAG.

As time passed and we communicated more I was able to figure out that she had never been in a long term relationship (like greater than 3 years), and she more or less confessed to me that one of her past relationships was with a married man but she didn't find out about it until they were into the relationship.

A very good local friend from the Czech Republic urged me not to rush into making a trip to Russia to go meet the Russian woman. My ex became very ill so that was a second very strong reason to not rush into overseas traveling. I have a good amicable terms w/ my ex because we have shared custody of our daughter.

Although the Russian woman would always be pressing on me to travel somewhere where we could meet, I managed to resist temptation. As we got to know each other through frequent communication, I was able to determine that she probably wasn't exactly suitable for a serious relationship like marriage.

A couple months into the ongoing online friendship she told me she was going to go to South Korea to go for a few months. During one of our communications she slipped and told me that she was going to be working as a Human Relations Manager. Due to my business background, I became very suspicious of her because she had not worked in the past a regular job and she did not finish her college education, also, international management jobs are not created to worked for only a few months.

Later, once she was in SK in a communication she told me that she was living in a facility somewhat distant from her work place, but there were other girls from work also living with her. She mentioned to me that the living facility where she and the girls lived at was pretty crowded, but she could make it through the time she was going to be there.

She also told me that some of the girls were from Russia, but most of the girls were from other countries. Due to the different time zones differences it was hard to keep track of the times at time. A few communication later she mentioned that she would work sometimes into 5:00 or 6:00 AM. That was a huge RED FLAG.

As started doing research where she was at I learned that where she was at there is a huge military base, and also very large international sea ports... that means men everywhere. Shortly after I discovered that the prostitution at that community and another community nearby is very strong and common, especially by women that come in from other countries like Russia.

During that time she had sent to me a couple pictures of her at work. Both pictures were taken at a bar or a night club, and she was wearing very short dresses, not exactly management related work attire. Attire more suitable like for drawing men's attention.

Shortly after as I was searching for prostitution related images for the area where she was at, I found an image with a woman that looked very similar to her, was wearing a dress to the one she was wearing in one of the pictures she sent to me, and the background in the newly found image was also very similar.

Needless to say I terminated the online friendship with her. I felt bad for her because she could be very sweet and charming most of the time, but the fact that she constantly hid thing about her and her background is something that was always on the back of my mind.

A lot of beautiful foto's of girls work here chatting for money, they can have correspondance with you for a month,, sending model fotos every day,, but all writing end up with,, their problem in war aria in Lugansk /Donetsk,, and they need papers and protection to go to the airport in Kiev/Kharkiv,, they cant pay and want you to send money,,
they dont have proper internet,and only write a few times a week,in their weekends they dont write,because they need to visit an internet café, they dont have smart phones either, and they cant send a picture in a situation you ask them to,, if you start telling them that you will not send any money but of course pay for her plane ticket both ways, and also for her expencies in Ukraine, when she has landed by you, the correspondance stops after a short time,, they are all a very short time on russian cupid, and ask for e-mail,,, they have no pictures on russian cupid,, they are very beautiful girls, but none of them has children,, it is an industri of spam chatting for money,, on a page where not much else happens,,,, complete waste of money,,,

Somewhat limited client base. I seem to be getting the same search results, day after day. And I’m not willing to compromise my search criteria. Otherwise, there would be no point in being here.

A suggestion: Group similar criteria together. For example:

- have kids?
- if ‘yes’: how many, what ages, what custody arrangements are there, etc…
- if ‘no’, then skip the above steps

- Want (more) children?

Also:
- employed?
- occupation?
- salary?

Also:
- height?
- weight?
- body type?
- attractiveness?

Etc.

Pretty good. A few scammers but most appear to be real. I've reported a couple of profiles and they were removed. They don't charge by the minute/per email so that's a sign of being legit.
The UI is pretty good too.
