We needed to lay a wood floor in our new build home in lockdown. We knew that this and the wood shortages in the trade would make things difficult, but Russwood were great, sending samples quickly and advising when we had questions. The floor is beautiful, superb quality and well made. We love it.

I've had siberian larch cladding and thermopine decking from Russwood. On both occasions the sales and logistics teams have been fantastic as has the product.

Initial ordering went smoothly however estimated delivery time ran 3 /4 weeks over and after final payment no contact for week or so left wondering when order being delivered

Messed me about with invoice prices, 13 week lead time, changing delivery prices. Also their accessories like underlay are much cheaper elsewhere like screwfix. The wood was average quality for the cost.
They even had a delivery driver phone me today to say that they were dropping something off, only to say it wasn't on the delivery.

Extremely impressed with the high quality of the Thermopine decking and wire-brushed finish. The Senofix secret fixings (although not cheap individually) were easy to fit, allow the decking to be lifted easily for access and visually make the finished deck look really great without any visible screws needed etc. just a floating natural wood deck! The customer service from Head office at Newtonmore was in general very good, no issues with delivery and the helpful Sales advice and attention to detail from their Sales Advisor, Graham Whitfield, from initial enquiry through to post-order queries was absolutely excellent. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for real high quality decking and would not hesitate to use them again.

Change their carrier. Ordered and their office was super helpful. Parcelforce collected okay and then radio silence. Chase a few times (was still within the lead time so no issue there) Chased some more then the lady in the office discovered they had returned without attempting delivery and no one could tell us why. The lady re-arranged delivery but we had lost all faith in their carrier so found alternative. Despite chasing for my refund i have yet to receive a reply.
