Great product with tons of design options at a good quality and a quick lead time to boot! However, the order desk/customer service could be better streamlined to make the ordering process easier for their displaying dealer customers at least.

The product is absolutely beautiful and worth the money. Any questions I had were answered quickly and courteously. My doors are the "talk of the neighborhood". Thank you Rustica.

We ordered a barn door and called the next day to ask them to put the production on hold for a day or two while we verified our specs. I was told very rudely that they would not do that and I had to cancel the door and reorder. They told me there would be a 10% cancellation fee but then emailed me back after the cancellation to tell me the fee was 20%. That is a large fee to pay when you are reordering the exact same door the very next day.

Had a great experience with Rustica. I had a tight timeline and they got it done! I'd use them again...any time.

I installed the hardware myself on the wall and the double doors easily. Easy to follow step by step instructions made it simple. I used the optional header to to hang the track. It is stylish add on that is great with our door style and it made mounting the track really easy. Great well made hardware and super service on answering questions. I recommend the company and the product.

I have four 115 year old pocket doors that we re-used for our row house renovation. Two of the doors are 60" wide and 98" tall.
I bought the flat black strap metal with the simplest black flat strap brackets with brushed metal wheels.
It turned out amazing! And now we can enjoy viewing our original doors on the outside of the walls!

Customer Service was very friendly, knowledgeable about the components and help me complete the order over the phone. Order shipped quickly and all the parts were correct when received.... PLUS they had packaged additional support brackets free of charge since the my door is thicker/heavier than normal.

The hardware I ordered was deemed "cheap and flimsey" by my contractor. The track metal arrived bent and the system itself wasnt as sleek looking as in the photos. If you are ordering a standard track maybe its ok. But the system they had to install a longer track ( overlap and screws sticking out) was really an eye sore. I returned all but the door hangers and while customer service was helpful, i was surprised at how much i had to eat in restocking fees. Because my job needed to be finished right away, i had a metal worker make me a much better and cleaner designed track in one day. Money and time wasted.

We purchased a barn door to replace a pocket door. We did run into some problems due to the hollow area where the pocket door was. The problems were resolved and the door hung. It is beautiful and we love it. The quality of the door and the hardware is excellent. My experience ordering the door was very pleasant I recommend Rustic Hardware very highly.

I ordered bi-parting barn door hardware system and when it came I was missing one door pull. I called the customer service line, they were so nice and friendly and helpful. In a matter of minutes they hand one headed my way, I had it in NH in a couple of days. These guys are great and I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.
