SHOCKING - goods damaged into pile of scrap when they were delivered.
SHOCKING - Really wished I had checked out the feedback before using - but they trade online as KDJay.co.uk albeit it has a front called Rustic Seating
Really wished I had checked out the poor feedback on this supplier. They have not responded to my mail.
They have left the goods in pieces on my drive and they are totally unusable.
I used PayPal - I hope that PayPal protection will cover it.

Good product - late delivery
Product was great when it arrived, but I ordered it express delivery (1-2 days) for the launch of a particular event, but actually got it 12 days after ordering. There was no number to call. I emailed and got a reply acknowledging the mistake was made by 'human error'. We can all make mistakes, but it was unhelpful.
