This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pizza salesman, who claimed he was the owner.

While I was placing my order, another phone rang. He just left my call on the side and started taking the other order halfway through mine.

When I went to the shop to politely ask, the man there gave me a horrible expression, raised his voice, and said, ‘I am the boss; we do this to everyone.’ His attitude was not just rude—it was completely dismissive.

Please Learn to respect customers before you open a business—this is the UK, not your home country.

If this continues, I will file formal complaints with the local council, the Citizens Advice Bureau, trading standards, and the consumer ombudsman.

I will not hesitate to involve HR, revenue authorities, and consumer court. If u behave like to to other customers again.

Has discontinued the sale of Chris glove

I can only report positive things. I hat a problem with the jacket, I hat lost the inlay, the termal jacket, and it was resolved very quickly. The staff were extremely helpful and tried very hard. The jacket was delivered via fast schipping! Great and competent staff with high quality clothing

i got the Clyde 2 gloves a while back as i needed some light weight sommer-ish gloves which still provide good protection and i love them! unfortunately i lost one glove (guess it fell out of my pocket) and asked if there's a possibility of only purchasing one single glove as replacement.
got a reply within a few hours and they're now replacing both gloves as only one isn't possible.
never expected this kind of service, i'm baffled :) will definitely check out more of the brand!

I've been wearing the Claudia V2 leggings for a few rides now and have been recommending them to friends: these are the first in many, many years of looking for suitable leggings and jeans that actually feel like they are designed with a human body in mind! Decent pockets, sturdy belt loops, actual high waist, zippers on the outside instead of velcro on the inside, full aramide/kevlar lining... And very affordable compared to others on the market! I also like how they don't eschew patterns and colours, and not just the (ugh) pink that permeates women's riding fashion. (But they still have it as an option for those who like that colour)
One bit of advice: as with many other motorcycle brands, do size up. If you're used to wearing (Dutch) size 42/44, go for 46.

Recently I did notice some premature tearing, so I contacted the business directly to see what I could do and they've been nothing but lovely and helpful, and solved the problem very satisfactory :)
I'm definitely keeping an eye on this brand to see what they come up with next!

After 4 years of heavy duty my motorcycle leg bag from Rusty Stitches decided to break on me. With no doubt I directly ordered a new one! This time with the white stripes that will look good next to my leather motorcycle jacket of Rusty Stitches.

Next to that always good service and quick replies, keep on the good work 👍🏻

Had an issue with my Joey shoe zippers but customer service responded quickly to assist me and find a solution for the problem.

I bought the Chase jacket in black and white yesterday. I was surprised at the price quality ratio. Very nice finish and good leather!
For such quality, you pay a good 500 to 600 euros for other jackets.
I just wonder where these jackets are manufactured. In the UK itself?

The jacket is made of a good quality of leather and fits perfect!

Love the jacket! I have the Joyce Jacket in black. It fits the female body beautifully and the leather is smooth. The protection is in the right places. I already have my eye on the yellow/black one as a second jacket!

On instagram I won a giveaway from Rusty Stitches. Within a few days I received a beautiful leather jacket. the jacket fits wonderfully, supple leather with protection in shoulders and elbows. high quality that I can enjoy for years. I recommend this brand to anyone who love to ride!

I have been riding with the jari jacket for a few weeks. This jacket is of very good quality: the leather is thick and supple, the cut is well adjusted and there is a lining which allows me not to be cold. to sum up, I recommend this motorcycle jacket which allows you to be safe while having style 😎

When I first opened the package I was already so happy about the quality. The leather feels so good and you can really see that they think about what they design. Also, the fitment is so good! It feels that you are wearing top quality products.
