One of the sweaters was not exactly the same color as it was on the website but is still beautiful.

I just received my order of 4 tops/sweaters. Here are the pros and cons:
PROS:
They arrived in perfect condition.
They all look EXACTLY like the pictures online that I ordered from.
They all fit perfectly! I'm 2XL (18-20) and they are flattering.
The materials are good.. they aren't scratchy or itchy or feel cheap.
CONS:
They took a while to arrive and the tracking number was useless and showed nothing until they were delivered.
SUMMARY:
Time will tell how they'll hold up and wash, etc. but at this point, I'm impressed and would order again. Not a scam.

Update:

After asking for a refund of my $136+ order, I received this email:

“Dear customer:

We are willing to give you $ 36 compensation. Can you keep the order？

Anything we can do for you, Please feel free to contact us”

Do not order from a company that does this.

A week after I placed my order I received an email stating that my order had been shipped, but the USPS stated that it had not received the package for a full nine days after that email. I feel that was misleading on the company’s part. Once the sweaters arrived, I found them to be soft, but too small. That’s disappointing, but fine. What was not fine was that two of the three sweaters I ordered had a pattern and looked noticeably different than what is presented on the site. I wish I could post photos here, but the site’s photos had patterns that had detail, shading, and an appealing look. What arrived looked like a discount copy of what they advertised. The patterns appear to be printed on the material, not knit. It lacks shading or appears somewhat distorted from the original photos.

Was thinking more sweater like, but still love the fabric, fit and quality.

I was very unhappy with my items, both have quality issues. I have been dealing with customer service for 3 days attempting to return my items. My purchase total was $85, first was offered $15, then $26! This customer service team is incompetent and clearly trying to rip me off! Buyer beware, this is terrible customer service, a return should be simple and not a negotiation. Do not buy from this company!

Good product for the price. Quick delivery. I probably could have ordered a smaller size but decided not to return and keep what I received.

Good quality materials , fit was true to size , loved the styles .

It took a while to get it but i love the sweater. Plan on wearing it often!

Took forever to deliver.. however I did like the sweater the color was much different than expected.
